Laundry rooms with TV in sitting rooms, bathrooms and showers are always spotless. The grounds are beautiful and VERY well kept. On side Shipyard, Beyond quiet all the time. No THUMP cars, no gunshots, never a police siren. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts, beautiful pool area. Lease may seem strict to some, but it keeps the place safe and worthy.

Updating the review I posted last year…read more Let's see - we had a bottom job done. Looked great. Lousy job. They didn't prime the bottom before they painted - so not only did the paint come off in a bunch of places (painted 11 months ago), but it was EXPENSIVE paint and was supposed to last. The worst part is that the shipyard that we took it to this month said that because the priming wasn't done, we started getting bubbles in our fiberglass bottom. Not good. Also, one of the reasons we wanted to have it hauled out at the time was that they said they could maintain our stabilizers. When it came time, they said they didn't have the special tool they needed to do the job. STILL fuming. My advice to you is to stay away.
