The proof is in the pudding! Had a terrible experience with another barber shop, and last minute called these guys! I didn't even know they were that close to where I live! The guy who answered the phone said that although they were closing at 6 p.m., that they could still take me, and when I got there, they were super friendly, and gave me an incredible haircut! Absolutely love the setup! TVs at each station, something interesting on, but had it turned way down low so we can have small talk just the way a barbershop should be! Finished off with a razor and warm lather, what else could you ask for! These guys were absolutely amazing! Had a solid conversation with my haircut! Dropped in after my husband's hair & beard got screwed up at another place. We had never been and passed this place before when shopping. So glad we went. They recovered my husband's beard so that it was shaped again (couldn't get back the 4 inches of length of course that the other salon chopped) He looked cleaned up and handsome when they were done. Let me start by saying this place is Great! My son and I go in every 2 weeks or so, and they are the best in town. Never had a bad haircut/trim, shave, or experience. Always professional. Reading other reviews, I wonder if some are making a mistake on the location. 1. Since COVID began they have been wearing masks, no exceptions. Their customers wear masks no exceptions. When their haircut begins and they are in the chair the customer can remove their mask. Just like in the restaurants. THEY ARE NOT RISKING PEOPLES LIVES LIKE KOBE WANTS YOU TO BELIEVE. 2. They don't have appointments! It is walk in only. I have been going there for years and have tried to set appointments. NO APPOINTMENTS! IT is the way they do business if you don't like it don't go there don't make shit up just so you can leave a review! 3. This I a shop of PROFESSIONAL BARBERS! They have many different types of haircuts, styles, shaves and options. So it is often harder just to give you a price over the phone, if you are looking for a haircut based on price don't come here go to Supercuts. Finally! To the guy that want to drop in all the swearing in his review! Grow up! They have good skills and are quick; however, they have no patience with kids. I noticed the barber jerked my sons head back, he's obviously a family man with a picture of his family on his stall. Don't understand why he would think this is okay. Will never go back , not worth it. read more

These barbers are quick and offer great value in getting you in and out. Jonas is probably the most underrated barber there, but is capable of perfection. I haven't seen them work with kids, but I have seen them get people in and out on a Friday afternoon. Mark "the barber" is a joke!! I set an appointment for him message him to try to confirm the appointment he confirmed it. Then the next morning I show up for my appointment as scheduled and confirmed.... no show no message letting me know what happen nothing!! Complete joke I'm assuming the shop is the same as well as they said they open at 9 and I sat outside till 915 with no one showing up to open! Don't waste your time with this place or this barber!!!! Part 2 In response to the manager message... I have screenshots of my appointment and text with Mark i will contact yelp and send those to them so that the review will stay as it is true. I brought my son here to tighten up his mohawk. Mike, the barber, was great! He was so patient with my son. He has TVs in the shop and was able to accommodate my wiggly 7 year old with some YouTube clips. Mike asked questions, worked with my son, and gave him a fantastic cut. A kids cut for $15?! My 6 year old son has been growing his hair out for months so he can have a mullet, we took him to Tru Barber and told the barber exactly what we wanted and the barber acted like he knew what I was asking for and shaved my sons head. My son cried and I told the barber this is not even close to what we said, how are you a barber and not know what a mullet is? I asked to only shave the sides at a 1 and trim the top. If he wasn't sure what I meant by that he should have confirmed and asked me if he was confused. To make it worse he and the owner laughed about it as we were leaving. Very unprofessional, and disrespectful. Would absolutely not recommend going here. We will not be returning. read more

The barbers are good but the reason I gave them 3 stars was because the barbers and the customers wer not wearing masks. They're putting their customers' life at risk. They were even allowing bunch of customers to wait without masks. I didn't even wanna go in because there were a lot of people inside and nobody was waering a mask except for 1 barber. Not safe and they should be doing something about this. They should be sensitive enough because pandemic is not over. read more

I came in to get a haircut and I expected it to be a nice cut. In the end I showed this guy how I wanted my hair to be cut. He put my long hair in a ponytail and cut off my 2 years of growth off. The moment he grabbed my hair he did not know what to do. Also when I asked the guy for how long he has been cutting hair he responded with 3 years. Then I said to myself that any idiot can cut hair and make it look good and sharp. Turns out I was wrong and he was smart because he folded my hair in a direction with product so it looked good enough for me not to put my hands in my hair. Some advice always ask how much experience they have and make sure they can cut your hair how you want it. For example, even after showing the video he cut my hair but he messed up by going to short in the back and he tried to cover up his mistake. Thanks to this idiot I am never stepping into any barber in my entire life. Also I mentioned for my buddies if they are in the area to never go in this particular barber shop. read more
