I told him when he got his facts straight and his details together, he could call me back and then I hung up. So when Miguel contacted me and said "he said you hung up on him." Yes, I did that because he was not prepared when he called me, to give me the estimate I was requesting. He was very unprofessional and wasting my time. I spoke with a couple of companies and was told August or September and was quoted what i thought were very high service call charges. I didn't feel much "warmth". Until I spoke with N at ProLawn. She was sincerely interested in my problem and put me on the schedule with a note added "should any cancelations" come up, they would call, and the service call fee wasp reasonable. The two man crew came out a few months later (July) and took care of the problem FAST. Yes, the main valve was turned off (by unknown person), and they replaced two broken sprinkler heads, and prigrammed the timer. I can't remember their names, but they are certainly an asset to the company, they moved quickly! Thank you ProLawn for an outstanding experience! Then the workers show up and really didn't seem to know much, spoke no English and brought nothing to protect from spraying into the garden areas or fence. My landscaper had to step in and find a large box cardboard to prevent spraying into the garden. They left slurry on my fences and walkways. Five weeks later the grass did not grow in large areas where the hydro seed was first sprayed and yet the grass areas grew where it had been towards the end of the Surry/seed mix. I think the seed in slurry was not mixed in correctly. I don't know, but the results have been miserable. When we contacted the owner, he wouldn't listen to our complaints. He said if we provided the seed (and I had purchased expensive high quality seed), he was not responsible for any hydro seed results.

They showed up one time and never returned. I've called him multiple times I've texted them email them and I get no response. Is far as I'm concerned this guys is a thief and a liar. If I live around there I take them to small claims court and sue him. I would not recommend This company for anything.
