We waited no one showed! I called within that same hour asking if someone was on the way because we were waiting. Becky said she will send someone but couldn't give me a time. Who does that! She didn't even have the courtesy of telling me why no one showed! I ask if she can't give me a time can the tech call at least 15 mins before they arrive. No one showed! No one called! I called the next day to see why no one showed or called. Becky gets on the phone screaming, yelling, and acting very hostile stating they came out 4 times and wouldn't allow me to get a word in! Who actually comes out 4 times and do not bother to pick the phone up once! LIES! We were there and waiting! I ask to speak with the manager and conveniently no one was around! Horrible experience! If you need immediate assistance you'll be very disappointed! I'm beyond disappointed in their service and mistreatment!
