I called the next day to see why no one showed or called. Becky gets on the phone screaming, yelling, and acting very hostile stating they came out 4 times and wouldn't allow me to get a word in! The gentleman came out and walk around the softener, did not clean it, did not check the water hardness as requested and did not add salt. Showed my wife more or less how to program it and that was it. Sadly I expected someone with knowledge to check it out, clean it, set it up, adjust it, but that did not happen. I was sent an invoice for services, which I paid in full, though I did mention that the service was not satisfactory.
