Over a week later (including one follow up call from me) I finally received a quote. Originally it was thought accomplishing everything would take 2 days (2 for the 32 light poles and 1 for the 2 doors). It took Fred awhile to tackle our tough project and the conclusion was we had a seriously dead toilet. He helped me find a top quality Kohler on sale at Home Depot and gave us a good price to install the new toilet, tear out the sink's extended narrow counter above the old toilet/ replace the vanity ( new counter) repair paint wall where the extended narrow counter formerly was attached to the wall.
