We put out the request on Angi's and within a matter of a few hours had hear from the owner of this business and arranged for him to come out the next day. By the day after that we had a written quote. Because I feel "due dilligence" requires obtaining at least 2 quotes, I then reached out to a handyman another part of my condo community uses. Over a week later (including one follow up call from me) I finally received a quote. Originally it was thought accomplishing everything would take 2 days (2 for the 32 light poles and 1 for the 2 doors). Instead, the entire job took a day and a half and was done to our full satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this business for any of your handyman needs!

However the notice of service came in at 8am with a 2 hour window starting at 3pm. Sat in my condo waiting for 3 hours and not having anyone show up or any notification of delay. Contacted the office only to be told no one was coming that it was an error in communication. The quote came in much higher than expected, over $750 to replace a couple balance rods which cost around $80 at most. The delay, the lack of communication and the overcharging made for a bad experience.
