Also, called to find out what they found wrong with the same truck the day I took it in and heard the guy in the background say "if they want it done faster they can take it somewhere else" which is exactly what we will be doing now. Awful service from such a large company. 0/10 do not recommend. Truck Country or Drive line would be my recommendations 100 times over before this company.

I picked up my truck and drove it 5 miles to harbor freight. I came out of the store and walked up to the passenger side, where I could see my coolant reservoir, which was bone dry. I called, they told me they put 2 gallons of coolant in and it should be full. I said it wasn't, they tried to give me a hard time, but agreed to look at it. I took it back, they looked at it (without me there), said that there must have been "a big air bubble that swallowed up the coolant." They put more in. Fine. Then, after a few days I noticed a leak under the transmission. I took it to another mechanic, who said that the person who did the transmission fluid flush tightened the drain pan too much and damaged the gasket. I took the truck back in, they said they would look at it and give me a call. They never called. I called back several hours later and the person on the phone told me it was ready to pick up. I asked what they did to it, since no one told me what they found or what they were going to do. They told me that "the bolts were under-torqued, so we retorqued them and drove it to make sure it's not leaking." Great. I go to pick it up, wait for the guy at the counter (while other employees at the desk did not acknowledge me at all). He told me "the key is in your truck and you're good to go." I went to my truck, opened the door, and found a giant chunk of metal sitting on the floor of my cab. I assumed someone accidentally set it there when they got distracted, and went back into the store to tell them. The mechanic said it was a chunk of my leaf spring which was broken. I said "were you going to tell me it was broken?" To which the guy at the desk said with an attitude "I didn't know. If I'd known I would've told you." I left, and to add insult to injury the gas gauge on my truck, which had been just below half when I dropped it off, was bottomed out, below E. I don't expect my truck to be filled up at the mechanic, but I also don't expect them to burn over 75 miles worth of fuel while I leave it there. I also expect that if there's no gas left to be told that I might want to fill it up as soon as humanely possible. These people are terrible mechanics, terrible business people, and overall the worst experience I have ever had at any business I have used in my life. I will never use them again, and neither should you.

Took it to gator to get replaced and they wanted to charge me because they didn't do their job right. my inverter went off every day and a half. They said it was the drivers fault. I couldn't change where the fan went to. only came out the vents they fixed it took the driver side panel off. Did not replace the cover for the screw on the dash because they broke it and broke one of my vents and electrical taped it back on. for $225 an hour I expect red carpet you can sit 4+ hours for a PM even if you have an appointment. I definitely would not recommend this dealer.

DAMAGED OUR VEHICL...We purchased a one-year-old truck from this dealership and were promised that…read morethe undercoating would be completed as part of the sale. When the truck was delivered, it was obvious the undercoating had not been done. After we contacted the dealership, they agreed to pick up the truck and take it back to complete the work. Before the truck left our possession, I took photos of the vehicle, including the interior and the new floor mats we had recently installed. When the truck was returned, we discovered a deep scratch on the driver's side door sill/threshold area. The damage was on the painted metal where the driver enters and exits the vehicle and was not present before the dealership took possession of the truck. I provided the dealership with the before-and-after photos showing the condition of the vehicle. Despite the evidence, the dealership refused to accept responsibility and offered no repair, compensation, or effort to make the situation right. Mistakes can happen, and most customers understand that. What matters is how a business responds when a problem is brought to its attention. Unfortunately, this dealership showed no concern for damage that occurred while the vehicle was in their care. We were excited about our purchase, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service after the sale left us extremely disappointed. Based on our experience, I would not recommend doing business with this dealership.

I took my semi for a pm service that cost $500 I got out with a bill that is $7000. They changed the DEF filter and put the truck outside to regen with no supervision. I came and I saw my truck was smoking everywhere, I had to shut it down. The radiator was blown, and they still had the nerve to not take any responsibility for it. Friendly advice, look for someone who is honest to do your job and go there if you would like get ripped off
