You speak as though you're above your customers, yet your response shows the opposite: a lack of ownership, a lack of basic courtesy, and an apparent inability to address valid concerns without resorting to belittlement. To clarify a few things: First, regarding the bumper damage, I actually contacted AAA well before your response was posted and apologized for initially assuming the damage happened at your shop. I've attached proof of that conversation to show that I took responsibility for the misunderstanding -- something your response could stand to learn from. I asked AAA for the before photos of my truck because the after photos -- the ones taken at your shop -- did not match what I saw in person. Even the AAA agent reviewing the photos agreed the damage was not clearly visible in the second image. So while I admitted my mistake, your response takes a moment for grandstanding rather than simply acknowledging the confusion and moving on. As for the state of my truck -- residue left by your "highly trained technicians," mixed-up keys, and receiving the wrong invoice -- you dismiss it all with excuses. A truly professional business would acknowledge the oversight, apologize, and ensure it doesn't happen again. Instead, your response just reinforces the lack of accountability I experienced in person. Regarding the fuel: you claim the $20 in gas was necessary to flush the system, yet 5+ gallons for that task seems questionable without further detail. You also mention recalibrating the onboard computers -- but system recalibration is generally necessary only when components like new injectors are installed. Since that wasn't disclosed, I have every right to question what was actually done. Ultimately, I'm relieved I'll never have to return to this shop. Based on the three 5-star reviews for Edgewood Service and Tires, I decided to check them out since they were less than a mile from my house. I found the Manager, Alex, is a great person to work with on your car's needs as he is a professional and gives you an honest assessment. I went in on a Tuesday morning and asked Alex his availability. As luck would have it, Alex said he could get to it that afternoon. I then explained my situation. Alex said the A/C check would be $49.99 and an inspection report would be sent to me via email for further discussion. (I left my car there). I also asked the price of a full synthetic oil change and found it was comparable to Valvoline's 15-minute oil change. I told Alex I had a discount coupon for Valvoline so I would get the oil change done there. Alex said he would meet Valvoline's price, so I added that to my service. Later that afternoon, I received the inspection report with the technician's findings. It came with a picture and the areas documenting the A/C hose leaks. I called Alex up; he quoted me a reasonable price of $500 to remove and replace the A/C refrigerant suction line and hose, plus the addition of freon. I agreed to the repair and my car was ready by 4pm that day. My A/C was back to prime condition. What a difference a fully functioning car's A/C can be in the Florida heat! I am definitely a satisfied customer and highly recommend Edgewood Service a & Tires for your automotive needs. FINAL NOTE: I would be careful placing any reliance on the one-star reviews below. I asked Alex about these reviews. This auto shop does NOT rent vehicles. Turo is a separate business. Turo pays Edgewood Service and Tires to store their fleet of vehicles on the back of the property. My advice-rely on the 5-star reviews that actually had car repair work done here.

The former owner apparently did not know how to drive a manual transmission properly, which ruined the clutch plate, etc. Rodolfo and the guys at Old Dixie gave my transmission new life, by replacing the clutch plates, slave and master cylinder. My car now has unbelievable torque I have never experienced before. Now... I have to become accustomed to this clutch all over again, because it is 100% brand new. Thanks guys! You ROCK!!!
