Called and talked to Rick the owner and again sent that info, got 2 quotes the following day. Sent another email in responce asking to look into a company to get a rebuilt motor instead of the used one with 85k miles he wanted to install. After two days I sent another email as to the status! Nothing! 5 days later still nothing! They dont have the common courtesy to communicate with you! This was a huge surprise after having intersected with the complete opposite with the TiresPlus on Conway road. She answered my questions promptly and seemed genuinely interested in helping me get a new set of tires put on. After coming in, she was just as pleasant and genuine in person. A time and amount was quoted to get the tires put on and it was done. The tires were a good deal as well. After my horrible experience with the tires plus on Conway I almost wrote off the whole brand, but she mended the view I had of Tires Plus. If only all shops had someone like Renada. However, in October of 2025, I went for an oil change, and I was told that my front brakes needed to be replaced; they took me back and showed me that they were worn out. I agreed to change them. 6 months later I went for an oil change, and I was told that my rear brakes were "metal on metal," which is under 3 mm, and my front brakes were "worn." This made me suspicious right away. How can my front breaks be "worn" in 6 months if I don't drive a lot and my first breaks lasted me 6 years? My fiancé works a lot, and I don't ask him to work on my car, but he told me not to get the brakes and that he will do it himself. When he removed the rear break pads, they were halfway worn (about 5mm). Which, yes, it's halfway, but not "metal on metal." He said that I cannot go back to this shop. Because I'm a female, they thought I would not question this. I will not be going back to this place for anything at all. Beware of this and don't believe everything they tell you.

Found this place by their mail ads for a $30 full synthetic oil change and was happy to get exactly…read morethat when I took one of my vehicle. If your car takes more than the standard 5 quarts then you pay more than $30 but still less than anywhere else. They'll also do an full inspection of your vehicle and notify you of any recommended repairs and prices are fair, the only downside of this place is that they don't let you keep the printout of suggested repairs. I understand that it's not a paid diagnostic so if they don't want to send out their quotes out with you that's alright (though everywhere else does), but they should provide a printout without the prices so that you can come back and do repairs in parts if you can't afford to do them all at once. Other than that, the service and communication here is exceptional the waiting area is nice with coffee, water, and other refreshments. Will definitely keep coming back!

They ruined my car and then blamed everyone else. Zero accountability and horrible customer service. My car left in worse condition than when I arrived. Terrible mechanics and even worse management. They refused to stand behind their work. Their mistakes cost us thousands. They made excuses instead of fixing the issue. Customer service disappears when problems come up. I would give zero stars if I could. Save your money and go somewhere else. One of the most frustrating experiences ever.
