When I went to pick up the car I was told I had to pay $10.69 because they looked under the hood even though I did not ask for anything else to be done except the rotation and alignment. I was never charged this on previous visits. I was told this is part of their package and I had to pay it. This additional cost was not revealed to me when I dropped off the car. I was also told that I would need 4 motor mounts. I took the car to Aamco and told them what Tires Plus recommended and charged. The Aamco mechanic said I only need to replace one motor mount. I do not trust Tires Plus and therefore would not recommend them. I will not return.

As a veteran I have always appreciated them as they give a discount for veterans. I left not happy at all and went to O'Reilly and the sales person was very helpful. He was personable and put the new battery in within 5 minutes. Not at all difficult. The lady at Auto Zone, I guess, did not want to get her hands dirty or just pure lazy. I probably paid more at O'Reilly's and no vet discount but got great customer service. If I could give Auto Zone on Conway Road zero stars I would.
