During the really bad weather I got new wiper blades and the employee installed them. I remembered…read morethat people always have trouble with the adapter, as did this employee. He decided not to use any adapter. That didn't seem right, but it was really cold. In about a week a plastic part of one of the blades broke. And then in another week, both parts broke and the blade came off. S*** happens. What matters to me a lot is how the business responds. I took the blade in and showed Tyler that it was broken. Without my even asking, he said it would be replaced. When I explained that I thought it broke because it was installed without an adapter. He agreed. Replaced and installed two new blades. And is the first person (of 4) putting new blades on this car who figured out immediately how the adapter worked. I go out of my way to go to this store. The guy at the computer asked a few simple questions about the make and model of my vehicle and within seconds I had the wiper blade in hand. Making for a quick in and out here. The only thing I didn't like was that the selection of blades wasn't the best. But that was no fault to them, it's the manufacturers that need to step up that game.
