I had used Economy for a couple years. Before I hired them I was taking care of the pest (mainly spiders, webs and ants) control. Life got busy, so I hired Economy. Over that 2 years, the spider webs started to accumulate in certain areas. Mainly in areas not obviously seen, but also in areas very obvious, like around my sliding glass door. I have security cameras all around my house, and I noticed how unthurough the technician was when he came out to service my house. I decided to call them and let them know how bad the service had been to give them a chance to rectify it. They sent the same technician out again. Of course he did the same poor job he usually did. That was enough for me. I paid for 2 years of poor service, and that was enough. A friend of mine, who lives near me, had used Economy as well. The same technician came out to her house and pretty much noticed the same lackluster performance. A job like this requires attention to detail, and this tech obviously had none, or just didn't care. Will not be using them again and will be letting my neighbors know about my experience. read more

I explained to the office that we had something up above the ceiling. Made it clear. They sent someone out who then said they don't normally do that. He then preceded to put traps below, in the crawl space. Went around with duct tape, slapping it on any possible gaps on the outside of the siding. Really bad looking, aand haphazard. I repeated telling him the critter was above the ceiling. He explained that it could go below, and they would trap it there. We got one rat out of the crawl space traps. The pest continued up in the ceiling. Told him the same next week. Said he really couldn't do anything about it up there, so he would continue to secure things around the crawl space. Why even send someone out, if they can't address the issue we called them about?? The charge for a month of useless service was over $500.00. Total ripoff! Didn't ever even try to take care of the reeal problem, just made a bunch of gestures to show they had done something. Did anybody hear us? We said before they even came out, the problem was up above the ceiling.  Then, they send someone who can't do anything about the issue. Completely useless. Will be posting the same on Yelp, and wherever else I see appropriate. read more

James came out one day after I requested service he called me and asked me what a good time was for me. He arrived after he called and was dressed very professional. He introduced himself and proceeded to tell what he was here to do. He removed all the cob webs and completely sprayed around the house and our out building. He was so cheerful and fast. This service cost only70 dollars and that is great. He took care of all the hornets nests around the property. I highly recommend this service and ask for James to come out. I thought I had a meat bee nest in my backyard underground. Isaac was very thorough. He took the time to investigate the entire area I was worried about to ensure that he didn't miss anything . There was no nest however, he called me at work to make sure I understood what to do to prevent any potentially danger in the future. Isaac also let me know that there would be no charge for their his time that day! Apparently they do insect identification for free. He also spent some time with me reviewing different maintenance schedules available the keep my house pest free. Isaac removed a large underground bee nest last year for us and I've trusted Economy ever since. I'm very happy with Isaac and Economy Pest Control. read more

CALL THEM! EXCELLENT service, which I ended up not needing. I absolutely trust these people. I suspected a bed bug problem because of bites on my child. I was able to get a next day appointment and the young man named Malachi arrived as scheduled. NO CHARGE. He spent about an hour looking for evidence of bed bugs (and found none), answering lots of questions and was SO HELPFUL. He was honest. I was RELIEVED! EcoGuard from Folsom had been out several months before and I just did not feel comfortable with the guy who came out. He just wanted to make a sale. And, I was charged $125. The guy was like a slick salesman and said things I knew not to be true. He was like a "yes man". Treating for bed bugs is EXTREMELY expensive! read more

. I hired economy pest control to get rid of the rats in my attic. After 30 days of helping me the rats were still abundant and they told me to hire a wildlife removal company which I did. Donald at the Wildlife Removal company removed my rats and was so kind and helpful. I wish they would've told me to go to Donald in the beginning instead of me paying them $300.00. read more

We had carpenter bees eating away the roof of our pig shed. Economy Pest and Malachi were excellent in helping me solve the problem. They were able to come out very quickly to take care of the problem before we brought in new weaners. I now have piles of huge dead black carpenter bees! Economy pest went above and beyond in helping me, and we even had them treat some wasp problems at our other home. They are very professional, very reasonable.
