Immediately I was approached by an employee and told I needed to purchase the item ($24.99 strawberry squishy) because I had touched it. We continued to shop and upon checkout was forced to purchase the strawberry even though I disagreed. The majority of their toys are being touched by customers but I was singled out and made to purchase the additional item because we had touched one as well? Because my son and I aren't white like the rest of the employees and customers that were in the store? Terrible customer service! The interior of the studio is very cute though, they have 20 wheels so it can be a great place to invite friends. It was so much fun learning how to use the wheels and have the instructor show from start to finish how to throw, work and spin the clay. I will say it was very difficult to spot at first. They don't have a sign and they only have a painted logo on the glass. It's a tiny place, so you can easily miss it.
