I am not new to simple age management and had no intention of doing anything more than what I had booked in for that day. However, the stars aligned that day and Audrey was at the clinic and offered to do my evaluation (I was told this was highly unusual - and she doesn't normally take new clients at this time, so I am feeling extremely grateful to Audrey) that said I was only there for the one simple procedure. But after I explained all my concerns and additionally told her that I had seen another cosmetic surgeon a couple of months back who had recommended a mini facelift (projected cost of $27K from his evaluation) to achieve what I was after.... Upon her evaluation she recommended some remarkably simple procedures to address the concerns that I having and all non-invasive! Trusting her expertise and the fact that she was available to do the procedures that day I went with all her recommendations, she corrected all my issues at a fraction of the cost in about 1.5 hrs. The way in which she half-@$$ed slathered numbing cream== wrong, client can apply prior to appt time & not waiting an additional 40 minutes. I was non too happy. Kayla misinformed me regarding time to complete application & results. Regarding time I have to guess she is again unaware. She quoted 30-40 minute application. She was off!! She simply didn't care. I drove 2 hours on my time not one staff member contacted a potential employee familiar with C02 laser?? Is anybody familiar or have tenure?? No. Last visit staffer responded .... I was so…read morenervous, but when I came in for the first time the entire staff - like they had known me my whole life and were genuinely excited to see me again, despite never having met me before - greeted me with an enthusiastic, "Hi, Steff!" It felt genuine. It was so warm, like a hug with words. As did the space/waiting room which is so lovely and so inviting. I'm currently working with Christopher May, and he was a joy to talk with. He was so personable; I appreciated how distractingly chatty (in the most engaging and friendly way possible) he was, because it made the experience seem much less painful and much more quick than it probably was. He's got really good energy, and I felt comfortable from the first moment we talked on the phone for my free consultation (and I had endless questions then). It's infrequent these days that your first experience with a business is an immediate success, but I knew from the moment I walked into 207 Laser that I made the right decision. But... WARNING: Nouveau Derm Medispa ruined my life!!! For over a year, my life has been a revolving door…read moreof doctors, specialists, and emergency rooms. I am now disfigured and scarred. This is all because I received filler injections at the Nouveau Derm Spa in January 2020. A well-known and respected plastic surgeon, an MD dermatologist, and an MD infectious disease specialist all agree that the injection was not done correctly on right side of my face. Sadly, it was only after the damage was done that, I learned about Dr. Windt's reputation. Several doctors expressed exasperation when I told them what happened. Those physicians said that Dr. Windt was kicked out of Exeter Hospital, so he then reinvented himself as an allergy specialist and opened a Spa office for his daughter in the same building as his allergy office, NouveauDerm Medspa in North Hampton. In January 2020, it started with filler injections I received at Nouveau Derm Spa. I had bruising from the injections which continued for a week, then after 8-9 days my face started to swell so I went to Urgent Care because it was a Sunday, where they put me on antibiotics and said I need to go see Dr. Windt. Owner & Physician at the Spa, in the morning. Dr. Windt said he didn't really see any problem and that it was just allergies. He refused to take any blame and told me to take probiotics. In February/March I struggled with the side of my face drooping, my PCP called it Bell's Palsy and I was put on prednisone. Without the prednisone my face would swell right up making me look like a monster. In April, I still had Bell's Palsy and swelling, but now a very large lump had formed to the side and just below my eye. The nurse said that the normal pathways of drainage in that side of my face had been disrupted, resulting in the selling and drooping. In July it the same thing but now a large red blotch is appearing on my face. The swelling and drooping still comes and goes about 2-3 x's a month and are swollen for about a week. To this day, there is still swelling and drooping but now there is a large red scar. Friends recoil in horror when they see me and ask "what happened to you"! Nobody at NoveauDerm every contacted me to see how I was doing or showed any compassion for what they did to me.
