I had to wait several days to get one short reply back. One night I stayed up all night trying to reserve her. She wanted me to fill out a bridal form first and I honestly couldn't locate it on the site she had sent to me. When I sent her a message letting her know I couldn't find the form and if we could talk on the phone instead so we can resolve the issue I was having. Instead of kindly helping me out, she called me a "scammer" and blocked me. I cried because I'm close to my wedding time and I had been chasing this hairstylist for a while now. And she really hurt my feelings by called me something I'm not. Please see her message for proof. And don't go to her for ur wedding hair, she's not a good hearted person, she's not professional! She's snotty, and extremely rude. She's also very slow at responding to you & if you ask her for her number she ignores you. I couldn't even reply back to her because she just blocked me all cuz I couldn't find her bridal stupid form. Why couldn't she just email it to me? She said I'm scamming her but I filled out some sort of form to reserve her because I received an email letting me know gala will get back to me. I went to get a perm the other day, and while the curls themselves turned out nicely, the service…read morewas extremely unpleasant. To start out, my stylist was 20 minutes late to our appointment. While my hair was processing, she left cotton soaked with perm chemicals around my head which caused burns on my skin, of which I'll include pictures. I told her about this and she ignored it. Then, when she was washing out the chemicals, she failed to put a towel behind my neck causing my entire back and clothes to get wet and making them smell like chemicals. She brushed this off by saying that perms are messy, but there is absolutely no reason why my clothes should have gotten soaked during a hair appointment. She also kept spraying the hot water on my burns regardless of me telling her how much it hurt. Throughout the 4 hour process, she stopped whatever she was doing to take NUMEROUS phone calls and kept me waiting way longer than was necessary. The appointment easily could have been 3-3.5 hours if she wasn't so distracted during it. This is not to mention that was was very aggressive when brushing and washing my hair. Regardless of me saying "Ouch" when she pulled on my hair with the brush, not being gentle at all, she just continued. I was extremely uncomfortable the whole time and just wanted to get it over with. I was clearly in pain and discomfort the whole time, even verbally expressing it, and she didn't care. It was also unnerving to have her discuss wild conspiracy theories about Covid-19 & phone tracking during the appointment. She even took off her mask/shield because "she couldn't see through it" regardless of the law's requirements. I couldn't recommend more that you avoid this place.
