I'm picky about my lashes and all I had to do was tell her what my vision was and she nailed it! She fixed what was left of the previous service and I honestly cannot say enough good things about how my lashes looked when she was finished. You will not be sorry if you make an appointment with her. I'm one week out from my service and I am having amazing retention, almost no shedding at all. The salon was great, the conversation was fun, 10 out of 10 recommend. I live 100 miles away, but I'll be making the trip to see you for my lash extensions as long as you are doing them! I was a longtime client of Tara's. She only works 2 days a week so you have to book your…read moreappointment sometimes months in advance. I woke up the day of my long awaited appointment with a terrible cluster headache. My appt was in the afternoon, I called to cancel first thing in the morning when they opened. Weeks later when I was feeling better I called to reschedule. I was told Tara would call me back to book me in. I never received a call back from her even after several attempts. I tried booking with another experienced stylist but none would take me. I finally got a booking with what had to be a new stylist in an area that wasn't in the main salon area. So I never was able to speak to Tara again. Not on her Facebook, personal phone or through the salon. She kept raising her prices like she was a celebrity stylist. It was very rude to treat a longtime (15 years) client like that. So do your self a favor and find another stylist who appreciates your patronage.

My lashes fell off within one week of having them, they didn't even last 4 days. I canceled my fill appointment as I didn't even have enough lashes on for a fill and it was within the appropriate time frame per her policy and she refused to work with me for a deposit return. I was not interested in having any services with her at all but she said she would be keeping my $50 and it would only be applicable to a future fill so I would need to book another full set and then a fill after that and then receive my $50 credit then. Again I was not interested in having any services respectfully as I did not enjoy my work at all and just wanted to cancel on time and take my services else where but she was difficult and ultimately did not give me my deposit back. I wasn't aware of her policy at all or I would've never booked a follow up at the time I left the first appointment. I would not recommend her to anyone ever and I just wanted to share this with new lash girlies to beware since she was very nice upfront but afterwards she was negative and rude.
