Thankfully, I take my cats to a neighbors house while cleaning is happening so I was able to catch this when we returned before the cats got in the bathroom. I am now cleaning my bathroom AGAIN and airing out the house. In addition to having cats, I have breathing issues - hence the reason I ALWAYS have requested GREEN CLEANING. Will not be rebooking. It's totally unacceptable to ignore these preferences and put people and animals at risk. Find another company to book through.

I'm not certain the pre-treat made a difference as there were a couple spots the technician didn't get out. After working diligently to schedule this cleaning, I am very disappointed that the agency did not contact me when there was an issue with their staff, nor did they try to amend the situation with a reasonable discount after knowing the situation. I did that, and he offered a much more reasonable price for my specific needs. The day of, Lori arrived 30 minutes early, which was not a problem since I work from home. She spoke to me in Spanish, listened to what I wanted and got right to work. She had the standard cleaning supplies but didn't have a vacuum, and we have two bedrooms with carpet that needed vacuuming. This was going to be a problem so I let her use ours (an expensive one that only my husband uses) and she did a great job on the carpets. She worked nonstop from the main floor down to the basement where a 2nd full bath, another bedroom and our family room are. She threw away the flowers on my dining room table without asking, and when I asked her why she said the leaves were dying and they were starting to smell.
