They recently cancelled a cleaning service I had scheduled in advance, an hour after the cleaner was scheduled to arrive, because the cleaner didn't have a credit card for their parking. They ignored my phone calls about the issue, after sending me multiple texts asking me random questions about parking leading up to the cancellation. I was only offered the chance to reschedule. Yana is the best! Both her and Iryn have cleaned the two apartments that I have lived in over the past few years, and I have always been very happy with their services. My place is always spotless when they are done! I asked that they use my own, eco-friendly cleaning supplies, and they were more than happy to accommodate. Occasionally, Yana will contact me if they think that another product will work better, and I'm happy to pick it up before the next cleaning. I hired Yana cleaning service to do a move out clean for me over labor day weekend and they were absolutely fantastic! End of August/beginning of September is an incredibly busy time for move ins/outs. I can only guess they were incredibly busy this weekend and quite possibly overbooked. But they didn't miss a beat when it came to my "move-out" clean. After the movers too all my things out, I was feeling a little bit bad about just how dirty the place was, especially in the corners behind furniture that had not been moved in three years. But it didn't seem to bother them a bit. They came in smiling, worked their butts off and when they left i could see my reflection on the wood floor! I will not have words to describe how AMAZING this service is. First of all I loved the products they use. I didn't believe my house with two toddlers and a baby could be so sparkly and shiny after a cleaning. I wasn't able to get rid of some stains and spots for years and they disappeared after the work was done. Now I am using their products on a daily basis. Yana Cleaning has been coming to our house for a few months now. Their staff are true experts and always very thorough! There is an option for them to bring their own supplies as well (for a minimal upcharge) and this is a great option if you don't have tons of cleaning equipment at your house. They will do a standard cleaning - if you ask for them to change the sheets or anything 'extra' - the staff will do it. We have a cat and during the mopping they will use vinegar on our hardwoods to get rid of any 'cat smells'. They usually wrap up our 2B/1BA apartment in about 3.5 - 4 hours. Not exactly happy with my service. My 2bed/2bath condo gets cleaned every two weeks so it's not really that dirty. They initially told me it would take 4-5 hours to do the entire place including the stairs leading to my third floor unit. Today I only needed one bedroom /2bath cleaned due to furniture in our second bedroom being moved around. It took her 5.5 hour to clean 1bed/2bath condo! What!? Not only that, but they didn't change the sheets or clean the duvet cover on me bed. She told me that I had to ask for this which I was totally unaware of. Who doesn't clean the sheets!? They also disregarded my request and did not clean the stairs leading to my unit. To their defense, they offered to come back and finish the stairs, but I declined due to my dog being home from daycare now. read more

I called Yana's for a post construction clean. There were two very nice young adults who showed up right on time. I just don't think they were really prepared for the mess and deep cleaning involved with the clean, plus it's a big house. They worked hard and diligently, and did an ok job, but there was no real deep cleaning....more surface and superficial. Remember, the house is empty with no furniture and no appliances to be cleaned just dust and dirty bathrooms. They worked for 7.5 hours and did they best they could. I do also realize that post construction never gets perfect after one clean. I think for weekly cleaning this service would be good, but don't recommend for post construction. read more

I already have a very tidy house and just needed some last minute quick refreshing before my party. It's been about an hour now as I watch these 2 ladies clean one small bedroom together. I had to actually tell them to split and do separate rooms (divide and conquer). When I called to make an appointment, I had specifically told the reservation lady to bring all supplies since we didn't have any and our vacuum is small (cordless) for spot cleaning only. Despite that they didn't bring the right supplies - asked for a vacuum cleaner, swiffer, paper towels, bucket and even a parking permit to park on the street. Very unprofessional!! read more

I used Yana services for a pre-move in cleaning. The previous tenant had not cleaned anything before she left and the place needed some work. The two young ladies were very punctual and ready to go. As the apartment was totally empty, I left to it so I could get some other work done. I was quoted five hours of total work and it ended up being about 4 1/2. They did a superb job. Particularly in the bathroom and the kitchen, both which had some stains that I thought were permanent but were gone when I got back. Both the woman that booked my appointment and the ladies that clean for me we're very polite and professional. Highly recommend using Yana Cleaning service for for routine, move in/move out cleanings, etc. I've used Yana Service a handful of times this past year for routine and a deep clean for moving out. They have always done a great job consistently. Communications on scheduling, prices, payment are clear and prompt. The cleaning ladies showed up on time or even earlier. Even with the language barrier, they have always done a thorough job. The hourly rate including tipping at the end actually end up about the same or may be even cheaper than another service I tried in recent months (I moved to a different area and wanted to support a local business in the area), which left me re-cleaning on my own and dissatisfied.
