After 4 trips they were still running. Woodfin said they could replace both toilets for $1500 EACH!! And they wanted us to provide the toilets!! So basically $3000 for 2 to 3 hours of labor. At this year's service I was told the the membership would cost me $399 + 250 for 5G monitoring. The technician did the best she could to explain the reasoning but really could not explain why my wifi monitoring needed to be upgraded. I have called to get an explanation but so far have just been either put on hold or promised a call back.
