What agent in their right ethical mind would even suggest such a rookie move? Do not go with agents that would pressure you to place yourself in a financial burden. They are not a tax person such as an E.A. And one should consult a tax professional before ever listening to an agent telling you to doing such an act. That's what you get for discounted service gets you unprofessional unethical and an agent who ends up losing a deal and now having to lower their listing price!!!
