Any urgent repair or service has been coordinated quickly and they have not left us feeling that we are pestering them or complaining too much when we raise any concern. Renter beware! Top Tier Property Management employs rude, condescending, and downright aggressive people who constantly bombard their tenants with degradation and disrespect. First and foremost, the apartment we rented from Top Tier was a disgrace; an egregious & unreasonable amounts of negligence on behalf of Top Tier directly led to dozens of repairs and CONSTANT maintenance requests because the company would prefer to let every single thing decay before administering repairs. The company is negligent in the way they refuse to make repairs between tenancy; instead, they left us with an apartment that was dilapidated and falling apart. We literally had to call maintenance to come out every single month--and one time, we went an entire week without functioning electricity in the home because of a 50 year old breaker that hadn't been replaced since the apartments had been built in the early 80s. The landlord--a mysterious person who lived out of the country according to Top Tier-- was delinquent on their homeowner payments, which therefore led dozens of mortgage folks to bang on the door weekly. What a shame and a total disgrace! They didn't even offer us so much as an apology; WOW! I've never experienced such tacky behavior from a property management group in my whole life. Shane Fellows, the arrogant and rude front desk agent at Top Tier, must be named specifically. His horrible attitude and extremely rude rhetoric was beyond insulting to myself and my partner for the entirety of our tenancy with Top Tier. I genuinely wonder how this man ever made it to a place where he would be allowed to interact with clients of any sort; his inability to employ tact or dignity should be examined thoroughly but ultimately serves as an overarching metaphor for the disturbing experiences we had with Top Tier. I would say run, don't walk, away from this property management company. If their units are up for grabs, I implore all folks to exhaust any & all options before utilizing this company. If they mean the bottom shelf, then sure, it's the bottom of the barrel at Top Tier. A total disgrace. I've never been more insulted by dealing with a group of folks in my entire life. read more

Back in 2018, I had a small 1 bedroom 1 bath Bay Area condo that I was moving out of and needed to rent out. I talked to a few property management companies, most of them being larger corporate types, but ultimately went with Christian as he was just starting out and seemed to have a good head on his shoulders. The company has grown since then, but the excellent service has been consistent throughout the 6 years working with them. Everyone at Top Tier was always responsive, friendly, and professional. I've used 3-4 property managers over the years and I can say hands down, Christian, Kelly and their team at Top Tier Property management as the best. They make the tenant finding process easy. The monthly reports are very straightforward along with all of the accounting for tax reporting. When repairs are needed they are very communicative in the process. Have a troublesome HOA that knit picks your tenants? Christian will be there to represent you and your property. He has years of experience and it shows and lots of companies will say they are there for you and provide great service but when we've had bumps in the road he's been there every step of the way and walked the talk. The worst company to rent from. Not a great current rental location up right now either, golf course causes damage to vehicles and you can't sue anyone since you are aware of that before you rent!
