    My experience was easy, fast and service was great. Since day one I contacted True events I got fast response, a quick quote straight to the point. I received everything I paid for and the quality was clean, fresh. It almost look brand new. I ignored the bad reviews and went with my gut, they delivered as promised.     Thanks for responding to me on yelp, as you have not been answering any of my messages and calls regarding this. First of all, you never once mentioned to me whether these flowers were real or silk, you just gave me a quote upfront ( I attached the messages below). The initial quote was $1540. I have messages to confirm that. I did not receive any discount from you nor have any messages to confirm that, so if you want to show that, then you can respond with proof. I did not deny the credit. You told me you would refund me for a credit and I agreed. Second, I told you the hall was available earlier at 10 AM (see text below) and you said 5pm is good. I did not threaten your staff--I was not at the event space when your staff delivered, which they did not deliver at 4pm, so how would I have threatened your staff? Please stop spreading lies to your customers. I did not withhold anything from you. I asked for a quote for another event was to provide you more business... I have the right to ask for a quote, now you're using that against me...? This is ridiculous. I never asked for a full refund back, I asked for partial refund (please see text message below). Despite your declinations, you still agreed to pay back for candles that I never received. I asked multiple times and you did not respond to any of my messages nor calls. Please read your texts messages carefully and clearly. This is clearly gaslighting. Any one would take legal action on this case. You clearly did not uphold your values and ethics of your business. All the evidence in here on the messages below. To all future customers, please read this before proceeding with this company.

    I rented tables, chairs, goblets, and chargers from True Events and we loved everything!! Their team was super professional and went above and beyond for us. I would definitely recommend them!

    We've been working with Laura for a few years now. All our events have always came out beautiful! It was no surprise that she would be coordinating our wedding. Laura was very patient, detailed and resourceful. She definitely delivered on our special day! When one of the coffee vendors did not show up, She sent one of her assistants to bring ice coffee for the bride and groom. She made us feel at ease, I didn't have one worry. I would highly recommend her and her team. So thankful!

The room's clean, timeless aesthetic required little decoration, yet it felt warm and intimate. The table spacing was perfect, offering both comfort and closeness for our guests. The accommodations were top-notch. The team provided a large screen and laptop for our video montage, a cable to play personal music through the in-house speaker system, as well as a microphone and podium. They even supplied an easel for our loved one's portrait and an additional table for photographs, ensuring that every personal touch was seamlessly integrated. The linen selection was extensive, but we opted for classic all-white linens, which complemented the elegant setting beautifully. The service was impeccable. One thing that would be helpful would be the communication after requesting and placing a deposit. Everything was done online via email, but I would have loved to actually speak or text with a live representative during that time and after they asked for the final payment before the actual day. They also asked for a tip prior to the day, but we opted to tip on the day because again, I had already paid for the entire experience before the experience. Thanking God it all worked out!

I'm just wondering what Oceanside parks (not on sand) you are allowed to host on assuming 8-10 people. PC: I apologize I am not familiar with the city of Oceanside. I think just googling the parks would be your best bet for finding a location Me: Oops sorry I mean ocean side - meaning anywhere in San Diego. Any park that's near an ocean. PC: The only one I am familiar with is South Embarcadero Park Me: Ok so I guess then my question is do you have suggested locations? Or do I research and propose that? Where are you typically hosting picnics I mean? It seems there's a lot of rules so I can't figure out what is and isn't allowed. PC: I think you have to pick a place and then call about that specific place is how it works. Me: Ok no thanks looking to pay someone to do that legwork for me. Thanks. PC: Happy to do that for you. We offer location scouting which we charge $499 for this I was surprised at the price to provide me a list of allowable locations. So I pinged another company to see if they had a list of sites. I got a reply in 5 min with a list of locations that only the county allows. It's a very short list and easily posted online by county. Picnic collective charging you $500 to send this list is a scam and also you should seriously second guess they don't know or supply this to you with your inquiry. When I brought this to PC attention, instead of acknowledging the feedback - they proceeded to engage in a combative back and forth with me. I wonder how many suckers they've gotten for this $500. They're other untrustworthy & ripping people off or unknowledgable. The pure fact they wanted to argue with me on this simple issue was also indicative of what might have happened running a large event with them in recognizing a mistake. Be very careful committing thousands of dollars to an event with them and the county kicking your event out.

We first knew Trung Thành as a polished professional dancer. Once we began planning, we discovered he's also a gifted, caring planner who understands the meaning of the day, not just the schedule. We wanted a fully vegetarian, elegant, and intimate celebration that honored our families and people from our temple. Trung Thành smiled and said, "With me, you just worry in sending the invitations, I'll take care of the rest." He kept his words. At the Waterfront Beach Resort by Hilton, our layout included a main stage, live band, LED screen, and dance floor with capacity no more than 400 guests. Trung Thành provided recommendations for our thoughtful seating plan so everyone had clear sightlines and sound, and he honored our wish to seat elders and close friends near us. He coordinated seamlessly with the hotel team, musicians, AV/lighting/LED operators, and our own vendors (makeup, photo, video, florals), keeping everything calm, on time, and positive. He also worked gracefully with our officiant and interpreter so the ceremony felt dignified and polished. Trung Thành has an artist's eye for moments. He produced a surprise: a recorded message from my wife that played during the reception, many guests (including me) cried.
