He was very professional as well as all his staff from the begging of the planning to the the days before to hours before and during and after the wedding. The place is beautiful and deserves 4 stars but the 1 star rating is because Lupita sucks. Her Communication sucks. Her punctuality sucks. Her food sucks. All her excuses suck too. The price for the venue would be worth it if someone else would handle it but she has been blessed with having a monopoly for the events there. Jose is nice and has great customer service but it's really just a front until your day comes and it becomes obvious that they practice excuses for why they don't have certain things that were in your contract. "Things will go wrong but we're here to make sure you have the best day of your life" they should just be honest and say... we will charge you for adding things that on the day you wont notice aren't there because you're so busy. If you're booked already good luck, it's a beautiful place and I'm sure not every event will be the same. We made the best of it, no matter how incompetent Lupita was. If you're looking to book... We have been trying to book this venue since last year October 2020 and this lady Lupita keeps giving us the run around by not returning our calls, emails or texts. The pre-photo shoot was amazing. I only hired them for the picture/limo package. The day of the event everything was good. What I'm having trouble with now is viewing all the pictures they took and seeing the video. It's been 2 months since the event. I keep calling to see what's going on and they keep telling me they're going to send the link and then they don't. I already paid for their work, and I'm frustrated that I haven't received what I paid for. When I spoke to the woman on the phone I asked if they were still doing weddings due to the pandemic and I was excited to hear that they were. I had my quinceañera here about 3 years ago at Rancho El Toro in Corona and I have to say, I loved every minute of it. From the decorations, food, all the way down to the service. José Luis was very flexible that day and days before leading up to it. The decorations were amazing, and they were even better than what I wanted because he knew what to include. I was supposed to have the garden chairs and on the day of, he ended up surprising me with the safari chairs that I had wanted at no extra cost. He was always very nice and approachable whenever we had questions. And also, as for the price, it was one of the best packages that we had gotten with so much included. All in all, this place and the people work wonders and can truly make the special day extremely magical. Wedding planning is stressful, as a lot of you may know, but with the help, creativity, and awesome work ethic of Jose Luis and his team at Elegancia Events my wedding went so smooth and without a hitch. Our initial contact with Jose Luis was about a 1 year and a half away from our actual wedding date. I had been a guest at a wedding at Rancho El Toro well before Jose Luis was working there and seeing that we wanted an outdoor venue, I brought it up to my fiancée (at the time) and we made an appointment to see the ranch. My fiancée immediately loved it! The ranch is so beautiful and green, it has a rustic Mexican vibe to it and a major selling point was the capilla (wedding chapel) which we were allowed to use during our ceremony. Once we decided that Rancho El Toro was THEE place where we wanted to get married at, we made an appointment with Jose Luis and set a date! He explained to us the ins and outs of the venue and the packages that he offered, which were so affordable and lenient compared to the 8+ venues we had visited before. We got married on August 25th 2018 and we went with their platinum package that basically did all the work for us, we just had to show up to our wedding looking good! We had met up with Jose Luis and his assistant Lupita a month before our wedding day and I won't lie I was a stressed out mess. I must have asked them about 50 questions that we had gone over before, but they answered them again in such a reassuring manner and they remembered all the details that we had wanted for our big day. I left the ranch that day feeling so calm and happy that Jose Luis and his team totally understood our wedding vision, all those important details and those last minute requests that we wanted, they were able to accomplish it all and most importantly they were so confident that their execution of the event will be flawless. The Sunday before the wedding, we had our rehearsal dinner at the ranch and Jose Luis went over the coordination of the bridal party and our main entrance with everyone, he answered (again) any last minute questions I had and continued to assure us that everything would turn our perfect. The day before the wedding we went to the ranch to drop off some props that we wanted to use and to set up final details, Jose Luis and his team were there setting everything up and making changes if we requested them. The big day came and all we had to do was enjoy it. Everything we wanted and everything we needed was taken care of by Jose Luis and his talented team. We had the most beautiful flower arrangements, delicious food, our vision was successfully executed, and all those little details that I forgot to mention, they thought of it all.
