He offered to come to the house for a free estimate, but after texted him a couple pics of the track and broken piece, he knew it couldn't be fixed. I needed to have my garage door springs fixed on both sides. I have never had to do that before, so I went on Yelp and looked at the companies and reviews. True Garage Door answered my phone call and when I explained what was wrong, he asked me to send him a picture. I did , while we were on the phone, and he said based on my picture, the cables needed to be replaced. He also gave me the price and it was very reasonable , He asked if I needed it done today, or could it wait until tomorrow? I told him it could wait until tomorrow. It may be a holiday for some, but I called Travis at noon on June 19th and he was at my door by 2PM. I asked him to take a look at my garage door opener that hadn't been working for a year plus or maybe it was one of my coils that disengaged. Not only did he figure the problem out in 15 minutes as in the opener was not ever going to function again, he even offered to take it as an antique, well it was old. Just so happened he had a unit in his truck, quoted me an installed price, and fixed one of the coils, the seals on the door and threw in a controller at no additional charge. Done, he installed everything in about an hour or so. Even set up my car controls. I had called another company that fixed my neighbors door and they had a $130 fee to investigate, that would not be credited to an order, said no thanks.
