He claims he was just charging me for the labor but it only took him 20 minutes. When I argued back he dropped the price to $80. He's a creep and I never want him at my home again! He programmed the new remotes and oiled all the related hinges to my Overhead garage doors. He also retightened the ceiling frame where attached in concrete, which had loosened from heavy moisture over time.
