We contacted Brandon for a home inspection on a Thursday evening and were scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Eric was the inspector, and he was extremely professional and thorough. He accomodated the sellers agent throughout the process, and was very helpful to me when I arrived for the last hour of the 3 1/2 hour inspection. We received his report that evening, and were well positioned to make our case for concessions, based on his report. Brandon Courmier is a great home inspector and is an advocate for the homeowner, telling you what is OK to let go and what needs to be addressed right away.. An independent home inspection is something you need to do even AFTER you have moved into a new house, especially before your 1-year anniversary! Get that done so if there IS anything wrong, you have an independent, objective, thrid party telling your builder that something needs to be fixed.
