I managed to limp the car off an exit ramp leading to the Belt Line. Fortunately, I managed to get my car out of the way of other people who were exiting. But, it was clear to me that I needed a tow truck. I have AAA. And I called AAA. But, all it did was to lead me through a series of frustrating prompts to a website that didn't take my information. It kept showing that there was an error of some kind. I tried this five or six times and gave up. Finally, I checked Yelp to see if I could find a nearby towing service. The first business that came up was Road Warrior Roadside Service. I called. Nate answered. And he was there shortly afterwards to take care of everything! Nate took me and my car to an auto repair shop close to my house. I left a key drop for the mechanics there who I know will be working on it soon. Using every possible source, I called every repair shop listed online. Nobody answered the phone. I even called the Holland Police Department for help, but they are only open Monday thru Friday. I called AAA for roadside assistance and they sent Tim's Towing. The driver arrived in good time and towed my vehicle to a local repair shop. Once there, he tried to start my vehicle 'one last time' before leaving it for repairs. Luckily, he was able to get it started. His intuition saved me time and money. I wish I could remember his name. He was courteous, professional and understanding in every way. I highly recommend.
