We were towing our boat to the launch for a quick boat ride. When we arrived it looked like one of the wheels was going to fall off of the boat trailer. We had called AAA road service 1st. After waiting 3.5 hours, I called Tim's Towing. They arrived in about 45 minutes. Austin was the driver and he took great care in getting our boat and trailer loaded onto his truck. I was in Holland on a business trip. On a Saturday afternoon, my vehicle came to a stop in a "No Parking" zone. In spite all of my efforts, I was not able to get it restarted. Using every possible source, I called every repair shop listed online. Nobody answered the phone. I even called the Holland Police Department for help, but they are only open Monday thru Friday. I called AAA for roadside assistance and they sent Tim's Towing. The driver arrived in good time and towed my vehicle to a local repair shop. Once there, he tried to start my vehicle 'one last time' before leaving it for repairs. Luckily, he was able to get it started. His intuition saved me time and money. I wish I could remember his name. He was courteous, professional and understanding in every way. I highly recommend. read more

Called Tim's for road service to change a blown out tire on my Silverado truck. I was able to get to the BP parking lot just off of 131. Dispatch said 30-45 minutes: Santiago showed up in about 25. It was hot out but he told me to stay in the truck with the air on. Changed tire and put the damaged one in the truck bed and was done in about 20 minutes. Great service. read more

This morning I woke up, got in my vehicle and Tim's towing was in my apartment complex. didn't think anything of it cause my 9 year has surgery at 8 it's about 7:20 am. Well the guy came out told me I was parked illegally OK I said we'll I live here I'm moving my vehicle anyways my son has surgery. He said very nasty cusing at me that he don't give a flying - - - - he's not moving till cops get there. So I called Holland police they made him move. So I left to take my child to Holland hospital. he chases me down 16 th street which at this time I'm on the phone with 911 and comes next to my vehicle threatened me calling me names telling me he's gonna take my vehicle when he sees it. Mind u I own my vehicle out right . just thought I'd share about this wonderful employee at Tim's Towing. read more

I wasn't sure which towing company to call today when I had a flat tire in Holland. I chose Tim's Towing, and I am so thankful that I did. They were prompt in responding. Alex was very courteous and worked really hard and efficiently. He had a challenge getting the lug nuts off of my 12 yr old Audi. He had to try a few different tools to work on my foreign car, but he was successful and cheerful about it. I was very impressed and pleased. My dad and I had tire blow out on us. We called AAA, who in turn called "Tim's Towing". The driver called to find out our location and was completely rude. He pulls up, and without even looking at the tire begins to tell us he can't fix the tire (even though Tim's towing actually advertises for this) or tow us. To top it off this guy gives us a shit eating grin and says "I've gotta notha call" and with that he left us stranded. Pathetic excuse for a towing company. read more

My wife and children slipped off the road in icy conditions. This company was called to pull them out of the ditch. They took over 2 hours to arrive but the absolute worst part of this service was they left my wife and 2 children on the side of the road and said it was too far for them to tow out of the ditch. Just left a Mom and 2 children stranded with no solution. They never said to call the local sheriff or what company to call. He just said there is nothing I can do to my wife and 2 children who had been stranded in a ditch for 2 hours in 19 degree weather. Avoid this service at all costs, it is not worth it. Call anyone else in Zeeland, not Tim's towing. Awful. I could not be more upset with them. read more

A driver crossed the center line on a country road, causing me to spin out. Landed in a ditch so far down that no one could see me from the road. The tow truck driver arrived quickly & got my car out of the ditch without a scratch. I even hugged the guy. No complaints here. read more

One kept slamming on his brakes in front of me and then proceeded to open his door at a red light, hang out the truck and start screaming the f word at me with all of my kids in the car!
