She is as sweet as she can be. I really appreciate her approach to care, and the way that she's willing to discuss things and research things really helps make decisions. The office itself is quite nice, I don't know anything about the spa. The staff here is all friendly. And the medical assistance all seem very professional and are also very good at their jobs. I have had some issues with the billing department, working with my insurance. But I think that that's pretty standard for a doctor's office especially a specialist. So again, I don't know anything about any of the other doctors but I really appreciate working with Dr Townsend.
