This particular location is super clean, while also being easy to find and park at. I had Brooke as my stylist, and she was phenomenal. Not only did my hair turn out exactly as I wanted, but she was friendly and personable. I enjoyed chatting with her during my appointment. As always, I asked for The Cosmo from their lookbook. I was in a wedding later in the day, so I didn't have Brooke brush it out for me. It fell quite a bit on it's own before the wedding, but a quick flip of my head as Brooke instructed and it was perfect. I love the whole line of Drybar products, but she really nailed it in her selection of which ones to use on my hair. I don't find myself in CDA very often, but if I ever do again, I'll be sure to stop in. It was well worth the drive from Spokane!

I just checked my credit card and they had charged $82.50 to my account. I was not notified when I called that I would be charged. I called immediately to get it rectified, only to be told that "Dave had to call me back" - within a "couple of days". I said that I had never consented to having me credit card on file. They said that, if I had ever made an appointment on line, it was on file. UPDATE: Dave just called, and was rude from the outset. He said that since I didn't give enough notice, I was charged. He was so rude and arrogant I just hung up on him. There is no notice about this fee - $82.50 folks. Lots of turnover.

When I had purchased it, the shampoo was out of stock and I was told it would be in within the next day or two. I called two days later to follow up and was informed that it wouldn't be coming in for another two weeks. I ended up ordering from my old Aveda salon and they were happy to overnight the shampoo and conditioner conditioner for me. So I went back to this salon to return the shampoo that I never received and the bottle of conditioner. The owner proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get a refund and was completely out of line and rude. She basically told me I was having a fit and threatened to call the cops on me and told me to leave her store with no refund. I told her I shopped at her store a lot and wouldn't be coming back and she told me I wasn't special, etc. This woman does not know how to run a business and treat customers. I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone considering this salon bring their business somewhere else because this woman is not deserving of it.

My husband and I are currently traveling the US with our dog in a camper van. This business is…read moreattached to anytime fitness (which we are members of) and we decided to park in the only shaded spot in the back to stay out of the heat until our workout. A female employee came outside (the OWNER Amy) and began to question us as to why we were there. I responded respectfully by saying we were just staying out of the heat and I just needed somewhere to work on school work until my work out. She rudely responded by saying this was employee parking and I needed to move. I asked if there was signage posted saying that I was allowed and she ignored me and walked back inside. She then proceeded to call the police on us. While on the phone with them, I asked her "what if I was a customer of yours waiting on an appointment" she again rudely responded saying "then you would know to park in the front" and slammed the door. Police showed up and kindly reassured us that we were allowed to be there and we were not doing anything wrong by being there. They even mentioned how they get calls like this all the time. SMH. What a waste of tax payer dollars due to snobby residents. I am just absolutely appalled at how rude and judgmental this woman was. Just because I'm traveling out of a van doesn't mean I'm less than you and you can talk down to me. I don't recommend supporting this pretentious business at all. I didn't ask for anything special my hair looks awful and i have to go get it corrected from a a more experienced salon because it's that bad .this isn't anyone that specializes in highlights so I consider it false advertising. I did text her within their 48 timeline she didn't offer to fix it and quite frankly if she had I would decline. She was rushed and it's just a bad hair dye job. everyone has their bad days but this is awful for someone that specializes in highlights. I always get a mid fade, and in my experience it's really hard to find somebody who gives a really good fade. I found Tara through a recommendation. I literally stopped a stranger who had a nice haircut and I said hey where do you get your haircut? And he referred me to Tara. I could not be more pleased with the results. It was an absolutely great haircut, it's like she's been cutting my hair for years. It looks great, it did not take too long, she was great about scheduling, the price is more than reasonable especially for the quality of cut that you're getting. And on top of all of that I had a lovely conversation. I would recommend a cut above generally, but definitely definitely definitely recommend Tara if you're looking for a good haircut.
