I am beyond grateful for Tera! She has helped me navigate, cope, recognize and start to heal through my anxiety & trauma for the last three years. She is a brilliant and skilled psychotherapist who will give you the appropriate tools to help you. She posses empathy, compassion and genuine care for her patients all while providing a safe environment. (Her therapy dogs are definitely a plus!) She has helped me get to a place at which I am thriving mentally and emotionally and for that I am forever grateful. I highly recommend Tera and have been to anyone who is ready to seek therapy. read more

This will make u wonder are they trying to get u in a worse place or are they scared to work with an actual pain patients!!! Smh. All just to bill insrance( which they will keep all ur money when insurance pays them). I know someone that his insurance paid all but like $2 of the daily fee. They found 100 reason to not give his money to him. Then only credits were allowed. This is wrong the insurance didn't pay in credits. It was $$$ at 80% they received and kept approx 78% of insurance. Not to mention all payment to PCT was kept in house. They use addicts or pain to exploit you! All do to we need meds as Americans

Pinehurst CTC provides each individual with a customized treatment plan that includes a prescription for naltrexone, buprenorphine, methadone, or Suboxone. In addition to medication, adults also receive the appropriate counseling through individual and group therapy sessions. This counseling is an essential part of MAT, as it helps individuals understand the root causes of their struggles with substance use.

The wait time in the office was less than five minutes. I was fitted for contacts and glasses. The glasses selection is too cute!! They have all of the nice brands: Kate Spade, RayBan, Coach, Michael Kors and so much more! They have a good selection of less expensive ones too if that is what you are looking for. My contacts are great. From what i saw, you can really get any brand of contacts as well. I highly recommend Dr. Wells for eye care.

When I showed up (10 min. early) I was told I was put in a hold group and would have to reschedule because I had not confirmed my appointment. I did not get a text to confirm. The impersonal clerk said I should have called them. How would I have known to do that! I should have asked why she didn't call me! She said she could give me another appointment a month away. There was another clerk there who was doing nothing. How about giving her the job to call people who haven't (can't) confirmed. I don't know if this is Dr. Cox's policy or if she even knows what her office staff is doing, but I hope this complaint reaches her. They could have called me but instead Dr. Cox lost a patient. I'll find a practice where the staff treats me better.
