I've been attending this church for 6 years and I love it , the ppl are so welcoming and nice . You can grab a bagel and coffee before service . I really enjoy spending my Sunday morning here . I've really grown in my faith and relationship with Christ from being a part of this church . Pastor Bert is funny but yet a serious preacher who really gets the message across to us members . True North has a great uplifting worship team that moves you to tears sometimes. The messages are done in a way that truly explains scripture. Relatable and keeps you thinking all week long, not just while your there. Everyone is welcoming and willing to engage in conversation. Church feels good again. read more

Love this Church! The Pastor is very real, he sermon relates to day to day life! A very welcoming church! I volunteer there a couple Sundays a months I love to greet people as come in! I can't speak enough good things about True North. As someone who has always been on the fence about religion and church, this is a great spot to go test the waters. Pastor Bert is great - and so are all the others! The morning services (9, 10:15 & 11:30) offer child care and are very open to new visitors. There is even free bagels and coffee. Come check it out! Before True North, unfortunately I felt like church was more of a chore your parents made you do, always leaving not understanding what was being said. Now as a girl in her twenties I find myself going even if it's alone just because I love it so much. The messages are so easily understandable and relatable. Pastor is down to earth and relates message to real life situations. The place is like Fort Knox when it comes to the children. Security blocks are difficult to pass without the right credentials. Clean facility and cafe with free coffee and continental breakfast. This is definitely a must try congregation!!! read more

Bert and the staff have been working so very very hard to keep everyone safe during this pandemic, while also providing ministry and encouragement to all of us. I have been a believer for over 40 years and have been to many churches, but I have always felt that they are truly on to something special and anointed here. Friend invited me to come worship. She wasn't there today but I went anyway. I was nervous trying somewhere new, something very different than how I was raised. Is it really church if it's in an industrial building and non demoninational? I was running late but when I pulled up, there was a guy there to help me find a parking spot, and others helped me find a seat with the kind of superb organization you would find on Broadway... But all with the warmth of being welcomed home. Not sure how I expected to feel after the service... I wouldn't say energized in the upbeat sense but more of a calm energy. More centered and peaceful I guess Don't get me wrong, the service was uplifting (wasn't expecting the history lesson on Antarctic Exploration...) and the music is great I think I'm still just processing. I am moved. I feel warmth in my heart and growing up in church that's a rare feeling, usually church was just a chore that I had to do not a message I needed to hear (that I was open to hear). I want to go back. I'm not sure how often, not sure how long for the culture shock to subside but I believe True North Community can help me replenish my soul if I let them read more

There are just not enough words for me to describe how amazing this church is. Unfortunately I don't get there as much as I would like to but I rarely ever go a week without watching the services online. Today the message was about how this church was established to make it easy for EVERYONE to have a relationship with God and that is just what this place is about. EVERYONE is welcome! From the first time I set foot in this church over three years ago, I felt like I was home.
