We were here to check our Full wall slide out of our Newmar Ventana. It was not going in completely. They helped us finding the problem and after checking everything was working as it should. It was the rubber gasket which did not go into the right direction when the slide was pulled in. After guiding it it worked perfectly again. They were knowledgeable and helpful and did not charge us.
