Last week, I was in desperate need of a car cleaning. Had an important guest from out of town…read morearriving the next day and both of the cars were a mess. I called, and was told that they would be able to squeeze me in that day. A truly fantastic job, the vehicles smelled clean; not that overpowering clean, just a nice clean smell. The customer service, however, is fantastic. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because I had to remind them of what I wanted to be done when it was finished by them, but wasn't finished as to what I asked for & that I brought it in first thing in the morning & it was done after closing time even though they hadn't worked on it all day. If it was going to take 2 days to do, I would have rather just left it there overnight & come back for it the next day instead of planning my day around thinking I'd get the RV back that same day. Seriously though, cannot find better customer service at another place.

I emailed to make an appointment, and let them know my pretty tight schedule, and even though I'm sure summer is so bonkers, they managed to get me in within the week. The girl on the phone was kind and professional, as well as the owner was great with responding to my emails quickly, to book me in a spot that would work with my schedule limitations. I get a mini detail, which is only $140 for my sized car. (Other places quoted me $240-$350 in the past.) They said about 2-3 hours, and it was literally done in just over 2 hours, and it looks great! Windows, door jams, carpets, seats.... Spotless! I'll never go anywhere else. Especially being a female, a lot of places have tried to tell me I needed extra stuff I don't need. These guys are honest, kind, good prices, and good service. Their location is also super convenient for me, less than a 10min walk to Gilmore Skytrain Station, so I can go get other errands done while I'm waiting for my car. I pulled up in my dirty Honda Fit, and left in what felt like a brand new car! Thanks so much! I'll see you next Spring! :)

Long story short, the construction site next to my workplace was pouring cement and it got on the…read morevehicles of half a dozen co-workers and I. My colleagues and I were directed to get car detailing done at Street Legal Tint & Detail and the construction site would take responsibility for the expenses. I'm not sure if we were calling during peak hours or something, but it took several attempts to book an appointment with Eric as my colleagues and I ended up having to leave voicemails (and didn't hear back)... but we kept calling and eventually we all got our appointments scheduled. One of my colleagues lucked out and the cement was easily removed without any damages, while the majority of us found small scratches on the vehicles afterward the cement removal. Unfortunately, the cement on my car had been stuck on so badly that Eric would've damaged the paint deeper than he could polish out if he were to try and scrap it off, so he recommended that I go to a body shop to get the work done. Overall, not the best experience since I still haven't been able to get the damage repaired, but I appreciated Eric's transparency and honesty. If you're looking for somewhere to get detailing done and you're not in a huge hurry to book the appointment, I'd recommend this place.
