Honest review. My auto insurance company called this company to help me with a flat. When they showed up, I didn't know they had because they didn't show up in a company vehicle, nor were they wearing anything that identified them as Save on Towing. Rather strange and it made me feel uneasy and unsafe. I actually thought they were dumpster divers because they headed to a dumpster first thing. The guy asked me to move my car and I explained that I had a flat, not low but flat and I shouldn't drive my car because it could ruin the sidewall. He got upset. And I still don't know who he was yet then finally he said he was the tow truck driver that my insurance called. I explained it was hard to tell because he was in a personal car and didn't even bother to introduce himself. Needless to say he got huffy and left. And no he didn't change the tire. Maybe someone else will have better luck. Maybe I would of if I had known who was talking to me. But I'd ask them to identify themselves first thing when they get especially if they are in private vehicle and no uniform or business card to offer. But I wouldn't recommend to friends or family. I will say they would of responded quickly if I had know they were there but a company name on the vehicle or a short or hat with the company name. read more
