I purchased or won several over the years, at times paying more than an actual mount would cost, and have always had trouble getting the mounts in anyone's definition of a timely matter. I think the fastest I've ever got a mount was over 2 years. I realize they don't make cash off my DU contributions, but they signed up for that, they get the press, it's like paying for advertising. Great Basin has had two heads to mount, a mule deer buck and a bull elk. The deer they have had since 2006 and the elk since 2007. Anyone think that's long enough? I've been to the shop uncounted times and it's always another apology and a promise he'll get right on it. Joe is a really nice guy, but a horrible businessman. Take your business elsewhere!
