He gave us the tour of the shop and very knowledgeable of the type of flowers. He gave recommendations on what would work best for our event and at the same time kept asking my daughter what she envisioned for the arrangements. Overall, my teenager who wanted to take part of the planning had a great time going through her vision with Andy. I could not speak more highly of this place! As someone who recently got married, the quotes from florists were not within budget so I went the DIY route. I thought I may be underestimating how much work this would be, but was reassured by Andy that what I envisioned was manageable. He spent 30 minutes talking to me about logistics and identifying flowers and quantity from some inspo photos. Upon pickup, they made room for me to arrange flowers as I didn't realize I needed to reserve a table. I was looking for specialty foliage for graduation season and found their website had listed the item I needed for a reasonable price. I went down to their warehouse and met Tony. He was so welcoming and friendly. He took the time to chat with me about my floral needs. I was looking to buy small portions of flowers and greenery to make a haku lei for my daughter. He clarified that I didn't need to buy whole bunches since they had things readily available due to prom and graduation season. When I picked up the ti-leaf I had ordered ahead of time, I didn't realize til after I got home it wasn't the exact same type of leaf I wanted. To hire a designer to do it all for you. (And deliver to your venue for a separate fee.) I chose the 3rd option and to say I was blown away would be an understatement! Going into wedding planning, I knew nothing about what to expect with the floral situation or what it entailed. But I worked with Andy throughout the entire process and he made it so seamless and stress free, it was fantastic! I have worked with RWF twice now, to make my own arrangements for mine and my sister's weddings. The process is easy to order online, and the owners are super helpful and friendly. The flowers we order here are always beautiful and fresh, and the owners are very accommodating. Most of the staff we have interacted with have been friendly as well I have had one bad experience with a woman who said she was the manager and was very rude to my family and friend who helped me pick up the arrangements on my wedding day that we had made earlier in the week.
