Came in today to get screen and LCD fixed for iPhone 7 Plus. The dude who helped me was pleasant and had good customer service skills. My phone was repaired in less than 30 minutes (or so I think because I was chillen in their waiting area with the AC on and WiFi - very relaxing ). He even made sure my camera was working post repair lol. Also, their prices are the lowest in the area. I called.

Clean friendly and comfortable waiting area has large TV you can watch while you wait.

I have broken my phones a handful of times and have always gone to places to get the screens fixed most places deny me if the motherboard is damaged and when they do fix it they take roughly take an hour to fix. Coming here I expected the same, but I loved that they not only fixed my screen but the motherboard too AND it was all done within 20 minutes!!! They explain everything to you before they do any work on your phone. Definitely found my spot to fix my phones when I break them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! read more

Apparently they fix laptop screens too, awesome price and it looks beautiful! They have to order the part so it took a few days for it to come in, but the money I saved going here instead of the Apple store was worth the wait. read more

Great and fast service! My boyfriend and I came in Monday (8/3) to see how much it would cost to get his Note 9 screen replaced. We were explained that it would be a little more expensive and we'd have to wait for the screen to come in 2 days later. We we're going to be going on a trip and they just said they'd let us know when the part would come in and then we can arrange any day to bring the phone in. We took it in today (8/10) and it was done within the time frame we were given (1 - 1.5 hrs) so far so good. They even had my bf test the phone before he left the shop. Way quicker and cheaper than through our insurance. I'd rather pay $220 than $500 read more

Got my screen replaced and a free screen protector. Few months later I try to replace the free screen protector they installed for me. Found out the screen lifts up along with the screen protector. Wow. Not going back there. The other people who gave one star had the same problem.smh. if u get ur phone replaced at the 1012N. HACIENDA location and replace ur screen, test it before u leave. If you are experiencing problems with your phone, don't search any further! Best price and service thus far.. got quotes from 10 different places ranging from Arcadia all the way to Fullerton and this place can't be beat! I was having problems with my sleep button on my iPhone and they were able to fix it within minutes. Other places told me it would take about an hour and the price they quoted was doubled of what I paid. If I have any other phone problems I will no longer need to search elsewhere. 7/20/2017 - Just received my new iPhone 7 work phone, and wanted to keep it protected. I gave this business a call to purchase the tempered glass protector and have them install it. A lady answered and told me it would cost $10.00 for the glass with install. Cant beat that! I went there the same day on my lunch break and there was a gentleman who said it was actually going to cost $15.00. I told him that the lady over the phone said $10.00 and if he would honor it, and he said yet. Another big plus! After he installed the tempered glass, it had not fully settled, but he said if it doesnt settle in another 5-10 days, please come by and they will do it again. 8/2/2017 - Well, its been well over 10 days and the tempered glass still had bubbles on the side and had not completely settled. With receipt in hand, I went backt to True Phone repair to get it re-done, and they obviously honored it. Now no more bubbles and the phone looks great. I came in to fix my cracked screen and they were able to fix it within 30 minutes which was great! However, a day later my screen showed a yellow line running down it. Thankfully, when I brought it back they took it in right away and fixed it. I had to buy a new screen protector since they changed my screen again. After I left, I found out my camera wasn't working and I couldn't hear calls unless it was on speaker.. it all worked before? I had to bring it in again and thankfully they were able to fix it! They had great customer service and were able to take me in right away each time & did not give me an extra charge. I took off a star because I had to go in 3 times total to get it completely fixed. read more

I had a great experience with this shop. The owner reached out to me on yelp when I asked for any shops that fixed apple watches and said he would do a free consultation if I brought in the watch. My problem was the screen lifting up and they explained to me that the battery was overcharged and it expands inside causing the lift. They ordered a new battery for me and worked to replace it but the adhesive ribbon broke, so now the screen has to be replaced. They didn't charge me for the cost of the screen, only for the battery. Great! Only thing was that I had to wait for those parts to come in each time, which took about a week to a week and a half. I didn't mind this at all so I let them hold onto my watch. They were super nice to be about everything and my watch looks good as new! I would definitely recommend them for Apple product related services! read more

Got the coupon on Groupon and didn't know what to expect but these guys really handled my sons cracked screen in a professional manner and really fast service. I was very impressed with my experience at True Phone. My old screen was getting worn down and I needed to get the screen replaced ASAP before scratch the screen. I brought my IPhone 6 in for the charging port and screen. They did a great job in replacing my phone screen and also I didn't have to wait long. The replacement price was legit too. The owners and staffs were friendly and helpful. I am so glad I found a new and best phone repair place in La Puente area. Will definitely come back if I have any future phone issues. read more

I went to this place thinking that my iPhone needed the battery replaced. The technician did some tests and determined that the existing battery was still good and did not need replacing. Today, I got my iPhone fixed at this establishment and when I arrived the gentleman had just opened up. He greeted us with a smile and proceeded to assist while occupied opening. He asked for the phone and said it would be done in 45min. When arriving back a different gentleman there who was finishing the deal and there was a misunderstanding. However, a wonderful young lady came out from the back office area and provided great customer service after listening to the problem. I went a full year in a half without breaking a screen, which is wonders for me considering I break them easily. I had my luck come to an end Saturday night. I called around and looked at many reviews before I found this business. When I requested a quote at 8 I didn't expect a reply right away since I knew they were closed. The pricing was unbelievable. Great customer service! As soon as I walked in, someone was able to assist me. The store front is nice and clean. I dropped my iPhone a couple days ago and the screen isn't cracked but it was really pixelated. The protocol to getting your screen changed is quick and easy. They made sure everything worked (on my phone) before they started changing the screen. 30 minute wait and even threw in a free tempered glass screen protector. Definitely would refer friends and family here! read more

I cracked my phone screen in December, and came here to get it fixed after reading all of the positive reviews. The initial correspondence was easy. I told Jon the type of phone I had, he quoted me $180 to fix it. It is important to know that when I asked how much it would costs, he said "$180". No other context was offered. I was happy with the price and let him fix it. Five minutes into getting my phone back, I noticed that my screen would glitch every time I opened certain app.s Then I noticed that the screen kept freezing, and I would have to restart my phone to get it to work. I immediately went back to Jon and told him about the issues, and he said he would fix it and get me a new screen within a few days. Once again, I picked up my "fixed" screen for the second time, only for it to have the same issues I was having before, just a little less frequently. Frustrated, I went back to Jon a third time and asked what was going on. He said I bought the "generic" version for $180 and that I could upgrade to a high quality option for more money that would not have these issues. I asked him why didn't he inform me of the different versions that were available when we first spoke, and he said that he assumed I wanted the cheapest version. I can only imagine that he made this assumption because I am a Black woman. It is absurd, insulting and bad business to assume what someone is willing to pay for when you are in a sales position. He then proceeded to tell me that all of the glitches, freezing and malfunctions were normal with the "generic" version, and that I would continue to experience these issues that were rendering my phone inoperable unless I upgraded to a higher quality version. Nothing of this information was offered when I initially returned the phone for issues. As a customer I don't understand why you would sell a product that you know does not work. My screen was "fixed" yet I wasn't able to use my phone for more than 5 minutes without if freezing, glitching or shutting down. This is not a fix. Furthermore, I was not initially given the option to buy a new screen that would actually work. I told him he was a scam artist and left. The 100-day warranty they offer is because they know that their products do not work and you will experience many issues. I would not recommend letting Jon fix your phone unless you plan to waste money on a phone that does not work.

She was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the entire process to me. Since I arrived close to closing time and didn't have an appointment, she let me know they would run diagnostics on my laptop the following day. There's an $89 diagnostic fee, and if repairs are needed, part of the $89 fee can be used towards the cost, which felt reasonable. The next day, Martin called to let me know there was no damage and that he had cleaned the affected keys. He explained that my laptop passed all tests, but the battery was consumed. When I wasn't sure what that meant, he patiently explained and advised that since the battery wasn't swelling and the computer was still performing well, there was no need to replace it unless I noticed issues. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything and didn't try to upsell me. I was able to pick up my laptop later that same day which was less than 24 hours after dropping it off. I highly recommend Di-No for honest and fast service!

I paid the $89 diagnostic fee and understood that it would be applied toward the repair cost if I moved forward with the repair. That policy is completely reasonable. After diagnosing the issue as a failed motherboard, however, I was told they could not obtain the necessary Asus part and therefore could not perform the repair. I later learned that an authorized repair provider could obtain the part and complete the repair. My frustration is not that they charged for diagnostic time. My frustration is that no one mentioned before taking my money that they might not be able to source Asus parts or complete the repair. Had I known that, I would have taken the computer directly to an authorized repair provider. The laptop is currently being repaired by Geek Squad. I intentionally support small local businesses, and Di-No is close to my home, so it seemed like a win-win. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. When I asked whether a refund was possible given that the repair could not be performed, I was told no. Consumers should know there is a possibility they may pay for a diagnosis, only to discover that the shop cannot complete the repair and that they will need to start over elsewhere.
