Update 1 yr 3 months later: needed ipod 6th battery replaced again. I use my ipod a lottt, hardly get to turn it off. Ipods are garbage, glad they stopped making them. Very unhappy with the service. Replaced iPhone 8 Plus screen crashed in 4 days and refused to replace it. We had to paid double. $160 total. The touch screen didn't work properly the second time they installed. We found glue all over the screen (see pictures). They didn't installed it correctly with cheap quality screen easily crashes. This place didn't take any responsibility and refused to refund us. So sad to see how they do business with so much competition. read more

I highly highly highly recommend iPhone Paramedics. I'm so, so happy with my phone repair. I'm not one to write reviews, but really wanted to give credit where credit is due. I dropped my iPhone 8 two stories off an escalator a week ago and it landed on the floor in two pieces after bouncing off a few things...so you can imagine the damage it took. Surprisingly the screen still worked, but it was completely shattered. The home button didn't work, my front camera and internal speaker didn't work, and the back frame popped out of its shell. I wasn't sure if it could be repaired at all, but when I sent photos to Tommy, he reassured me that everything could be fixed and to bring it in for a diagnosis. I originally got quotes from 3 other places, and iPhone Paramedics gave me the best price. But it's important to note that not only was his price cheaper than other places around the area, his customer service was what won me over. At another place I went to, they took my phone to a back room for a "diagnosis" and I waited 15 minutes for them to come back and tell me what was wrong. Not sure what took so long back there or what they did, but personally I would feel more comfortable knowing what was happening. The second place I went to didn't even open my phone and just gave me rough estimates for the repair and told me they wouldn't know if there was any interior damage until they opened the phone during the service. They also didn't tell me that the parts they would use were aftermarket parts, and not original Apple parts until I asked the question. When I went to iPhone paramedics, I was running late and would have ended up arriving after the time they closed, I gave them a call and Tommy answered right away, telling me he would wait for me until I arrived. When I arrived, he took a look at my phone immediately, opened it up on his work station right in front of me and showed me exactly what was wrong inside and what needed to be replaced. He didn't have my rose gold back frame in stock, but told me he could get it the next day and it would take about half an hour to fix after the part came in. I asked if the parts he used were original iPhone parts or aftermarket parts, and he assured me that they're original as they're sourced from other iPhones. On top of this, when I asked if he needed my phone passcode (which other places asked for), he said no, keep it private because he didn't need my personal information to fix the casing of my phone, and we could test it when I come to pick it up. He turned off my phone right then and there. It's the little things that he did differently from other vendors I visited that added up to such great customer service. I picked up my phone the next day and it looked good as new. He turned my phone on in front of me, let me put my passcode in, and ran a few tests to make sure my front camera and phone speaker worked. Everything worked perfectly, he put on a screen protector for me, and told me to call him if anything happens. Requested a quote from Tommy on Yelp and he replied within 30 minutes. My iPhone 6s (don't judge me!) wouldn't hold a charge anymore, and he gave me an estimate and arranged for a time to meet him the next day. He replaced the battery in front of me in less than 10 minutes. Tommy asked me to wait a bit to see how the replacement battery is doing. While waiting, another customer came in with a cracked iPhone screen. Tommy replaced that quickly too. He even installed a tempered glass screen protector for that customer. Quick. Efficient. Lifesaver. My boyfriend was having issues with his battery on his iPhone 6 where it was draining battery life like crazy when it was not charged. It would literally go from fully charged at 100% to dead in a matter of 30 minutes. Since his device was out of warranty, he had to get this fixed stat! I arrived at Tommy's place around 5:30pm tonight. I dropped my white iPhone 4s on the tile floor last night, and the front face of it fell flat down! Of course that resulted with a cracked screen. didn't see my first posting so I decided to try again. Took my Iphone 7 in because it wasn't charging. He told me my problem was my case which he claimed that it was impeding the male charge port from seating securely into the female charge port. He sold me a new case for $15.00. Got home and lo and behold, still was not charging. Took it back and now it was my charger and cord. Paid $40.00 for a new set and when I got home, here again it wasn't charging.
