I popped in one morning to check out a class and sat and watched while all the ladies worked their butts off. I have only taken a couple of classes here but the instructors are excellent... At the same time, I had also purchased six private lessons and was on a monthly membership. Unexpectedly, I was asked to leave the studio, and I was told my deposit would be returned. It has now been over four months and I have still not received that refund. After following up, I was met with threats of legal action rather than a resolution. This situation has been frustrating and disappointing. I would encourage anyone considering committing financially to make sure all terms, refund policies, and expectations are clearly documented upfront.

Despite a perfect attendance record, they charged me for the missed class (mind you that I was actually there!). I pay $300 per month, and I expected at least a little courtesy or a one-time exception. I'm especially disappointed by their rigid, poorly communicated policies and lack of customer care. The only reason I haven't canceled my plan is because I'm locked into a three-month commitment after recently upgrading to unlimited classes. They're not perfect--I've overlooked teachers starting late and other recurring annoyances--but this experience really crossed the line.

Beverly, Brigitte, Diana, Jori and Nell have whipped me back into shape in the month I've been coming here. The studio is spacious to accommodate about 9 students in Social distancing. Sanitary and strict by the rules I feel safe here. If your still COVID weary - and u have every right to be- they offer Zoom classes for every class in studio. Gone is the era of adjustments and personalized form but at this state we have all been working out enough to know what the hey "tuck your tailbone" means. Beautiful Merch and yoga mats available to purchase along with class packages to adjust your budget. If you get membership it has its perks. Private and semi private sessions on reformers also! They offer other workshops but check their website or app on MINDBODY. PS bring your own mat and props though they offer weights, balls and blocks other soft surface props are not offered... covid...
