The selection of items were strong and the store organized. The prices were better than the J Crew Outlet in Norfolk. I found a few sweaters for myself, but passed. A sport coat was too good of a deal to pass up. I still may shop them again before the end of the year. If you like J Crew this is the best time of the year to get deep discounts.

What stood out most was that other customers who entered after us were warmly greeted and attended to right away. I understand retail can get busy. It was not today. I went to H&M and got 10x as many clothes for a fraction of the price with the same quality (shoutout to H&M). Besides the expensive prices, the store was okay. HOWEVER, two days later (8/8) I received another charge on my account of the same amount and a refund shortly after. So, basically, my card was DOUBLE CHARGED and I only received ONE REFUND. I came back to the store to get it all figured out but of course, they couldn't find the transaction. With both withdrawals posted to my account, I asked my bank if it was on them and if so to just dispute it, and the bank assured me that the double charge came from TWO DIFFERENT REGISTERS at Old Navy! I am highly disappointed to say the least. With over an hour of my time wasted at the store and no help from customer service, finally asked my bank to dispute the charge. I will NEVER be returning to Old Navy.

Secondly the pricing was phenomenal compared to online. After shopping today and seeing outlets pricing jump I was extremely pleased with GAP Factory. I purchased a few long sleeve shirts with the cooler weather approaching. They were identical to ones I've owned for over a decade that l really liked and wore out. Check out was friendly and they offered a deeper discount if you had a Gap credit card. I've really liked GAP over the years and will return. I'm 4.5, but I'm rounding down however with a 10 minute wait for checkout.
