Gene came over within an hour, fixed the problem and did not charge for the work, and it was pouring rain. That's what I call great service! He is coming back to do electrical work (he is a licensed electrician) on several different problems. I trust him to order the correct parts which he needs to do the job and I know he will buy only what is necessary. He also referred me to an excellent window/door repair man for something he feels that another person would do better than he. It takes an honest professional to refer out work (rather than have the extra income) in a case where he knows that another has more experience. One point I would like to make is that Gene will travel into the city (Atlanta) which not many professionals are willing to do. The traffic is horrendous and nerve racking. That does not mean that he is not busy; he simply loves his work and wants to serve his customers. I call Gene for any complicated job that my husband cannot do himself because Gene is still the best I have found in a 50 mile radius.
