Brandon does an amazing job, but he forced me to switch all of my business and can no longer recommend him. Going back probably 15 years, even before I could drive, my brother would always take his cars here to Brandon, who owns this shop. His cars always looked amazing. So since that time, I've taken three vehicles to Brandon to have them tinted. Excellent results every time. Brandon's bedside manner isn't the best but you can't argue with his results. No bubbling and the tint looks incredible, for a fair price, so I kept coming back and would always send people his way. I called recently as I just got a new car. It's always the first thing I do. Brandon informed me the price to tint the entire vehicle is $800. I think back to what he charged me prior and it was always around $350ish. I ask why the increase. He states that he is now only offering the ceramic tint and no longer doing the basic offering. Rewind, every time I brought my cars in, Brandon would give me the two options. The ceramic apparently provides better UV coverage, etc etc. To me, it seemed like he was just up selling me, so I always stuck with the basic tint, and have never been disappointed. Fast forward to now, I ask Brandon why he went away with the basic version. He claims that "that stuff is crap and it fails all the time." He then goes on to list the numerous amount of ultra-luxury and super performance vehicles he has in his lot waiting to be tinted with the ceramic. I then state, "well you actually put that 'crap' on three of my vehicles over the past couple of years. Does that mean it will fail?" I could tell I caught him off guard and he was silent for a couple seconds. He then goes on about his lifetime warranty, so on and so forth. Long story short, Brandon does a great job. Don't expect to be wowed by his customer service, or lack there of. He will talk your ear off and is rough around the edges. I'm sure he made the business decision to completely eliminate the cheaper version and only do ceramic because he does have the Ferrari, Lamborghini reoccurring type business. I totally get it. Why not make more money if you can? For us normal folk that don't drive those types of vehicles, $800 is WAY too much for some film on my windows. Regardless of how well it protects my skin and the car's interior. Sorry Brandon, taking my business elsewhere! read more

Brandon does excellent work. Job completed as promised. He is extremely experienced and treats each vehicle as his own. When I went by for an estimate, he had a Lambo on the lot he had just finished. I expect to no issues with my ceramic tint and now have a much "cooler" ride as well. read more

Had an extremely dirty car from a shedding dog, hiking and biking. Brandon saw to it that the car looked as brand new as a well loved car can be. I felt Brandin cared about his work and wanted to do the best job possible. I appreciate his work and would use him again for a very dirty car. read more

I previously stated that this company was fabulous, but I completely retract my recommendation of Brandon's Pro Window Tinting. My clear bra immediately (withing 1-2 weeks and continues to worsen) began showing bubbles through...everywhere. there are dozens of places that the coat is peeling off or simply just completely poor quality of application. It appears that the ceramic coat was put on overtop of dirt in front of rear tires...I cannot get it off and looks like mud/dirt. The tint looks great but had to return twice because the doors were not put back on correctly and the window squeaked, and the doors rattled. My sunroof still rattles from poor workmanship during the tinting. I paid him over $6,000 cash and he had my Jeep for 1 entire week: this 6K was for: tint, ceramic, clear bra, and clean wheels. Since I paid cash I have no warranties on anything that was done. Yeah, I got shafted. Now I have to go to another shop to have the clear bra removed and a new one applied. Absolutely will not return. read more

Steer way clear of this shop. First of all Brandon is very rude and unprofessional. Secondly, he is not trustworthy. I took my wife's fleet vehicle in for tinting. He showed me two tints. I said the standard tint was fine, but he pushed the ceramic tint on me, which I reluctantly agreed to (I figured as long as it was approved, no problem). He was supposed to call the fleet company for approval prior to doing the work, which it turns out he did not. I arrived the next day to pick the vehicle up, at which time he called the fleet company and informed them the cost was $400 plus (they only approve up to $200). He proceeded to yell at them with profanities and attempted to squeeze me for the additional $200. I said no, it wasn't my fault he didn't follow the approval protocols. He tore the tinting off the vehicle and I left. Needless to say the representative from the fleet company called me to arrange services with another vendor, and informed me Brandon's shop was removed as an approved vendor. There are other window tinting options in this area. I would strongly urge to take your business elsewhere. read more

The only reason I am giving this place one star is due to the fact that I am not allowed to give it ZERO. My wife purchased a gift card to Brandon's as a gift to me. After numerous calls to schedule a time to have my windows tinted, I decide to drive to the office to ask for a refund. When the owner finally acknowledged me, I asked for a refund and he refused. I asked a for a solution, to which he had no answer. There were no return policies posted in the office and I pulled out my phone to show him the Ohio law that states "a customer is entitled to a refund should they ask for one." UPDATE: It is now April (wife bought the gift card for Christmas) and I am finally able to accommodate my schedule to fit Brandon's. I dropped my car off with my keys overnight, with a note describing my car and the percentage of tint I wanted. They called when it was finished and I picked it up without ever seeing an employee. They did a great job as far as I can tell. I will give them credit for the work they do, but be prepared to accommodate their schedule and be without a vehicle for 1-3 days. read more

Brandon did an amazing job detailing my car's interior and exterior...it looks almost brand new. He also performed his magic on my headlight lenses that had taken on that nasty yellow tint (the Lexus dealership was willing to replace them for only $600....yeah..no). Called yesterday for a quote, told him what I wanted and he laughed at me and told me that's "outdated." I only wanted my driver and passenger window done to match the rest of the vehicle. he told me " Most people get the whole vehicle redone darker and the windshield." well I'm a mom of two small kids I don't drive my car to be all secret. I just wanted all my windows to match. He made me feel stupid. So he wont be getting my business, or referrals and lost out on a sale. Don't waste your time here. No clue how to run business. Can't speak to how they actually tint windows as they ran me off the property for sitting on a work call in his open parking lot. Was planning to have them tint my windows as soon as the call was over but he felt the need to run me off the lot. Took my company car Honda Accord there that was a hand me down, this thing was a disaster on the interior. Stains everywhere. Brandon said he would make it look like new in one day. I have had a car tinted at a competitor in town and the job was done well. I just had a new car done by Brandon. Brandon uses only the best quality materials and he has a real passion for his work. Although the scope of work did not include detailing, it was done anyway, without a charge. I only give good recommendations when deserved. Brandon is very concerned with your satisfaction and they are experienced with working with very high end cars. I can't get over how good my car looks and what a flawless job was done. Did a perfect job on my Honda Fit. The ceramic blue blocking window tint in the front window works amazingly (Do not need to wear sunglasses to drive most of the time anymore) and was well worth the cost. Owner even threw in some free upgrades on my other windows. I could not have been happier with the cost or result. Definitely try them out. read more
