I asked where do I go she points. I explained I've never been here if she could show me. She told me I can show myself. So I pull around for the man who was doing propane to tell me it's raining he's not refilling my tanks. So I couldn't cook dinner or have heat because someone was so soft they thought the rain might make them melt. 10\10 recommend going anywhere else but here.

So I arrive pay for fill 20lbs notice that a camper whaned to fill, but the wife (owner) of the camper was refused a fill till 4 other persons after her had their tanks filled.. Mind you I let a guy go ahead of me.. The camper lady was getting worked up as the filler just kept filling everyone else but her, finally when I was left with just the camper the attendant, started to unscrew the nozzle to change it out for the camper, and I said what I am the only one and you filled 5 other tanks because the nozzle was already on?? So I asked the lady how many gallons you need to fill , because after 1/2 hour or so of waiting I was not going to wait 1/2 hour more while he filed the camper.. She stated none of your business.. Needless to say I turn to her and well lost it. as she was so rude to everyone, if I were the attendant I would have refused to fill it! I stated to her exactly what she was, meantime her husband was oblivious to her behavior.. I truly thought it was a great hardware store, but not when they have employess that piss off customers and have no clue how to handle a situation.. I returned to the store got a refund and told them what a mess you have out there by the tank. DONE with them never going back.
