Piel is located in a cute downtown area of Beverly Hills. The spa itself is nestled in the back of an older building, but the store was well decorated. There's free 2 hour parking in the garage across the street (no validation required). Valentina the receptionist was in booking my appointment, it was really nice you can book off their website. Especially if you don't want to announce "brazilian wax" in your office. Elena waxed me and she was amazing. She was super sweet in talking to me while she was waxing me. She made the whole process comfortable and was patient when I needed a little break in between. I've never ever waxed down there before, so I was super nervous, but Piel made me feel comfortable. Did it hurt? Yes, of course, especially if you've never done it before. Still it was relatively quick about 10-15 minutes. I was a bit tender, but it went away after an hour. She got me to buy one of the German creams she used on me though. I couldn't say no even though I wanted to. So if you're on a budget watch out at the end.
