Smooth Skin is the perfect name for Simona's business. She is an amazing aesthetician and phenomenal at what she does. I never knew waxing could be so pleasant and clean. The product she uses is nothing like the wax you will find at the nail shop, oh, no, no, no. I hesitate to even call it wax. Simona is great!!! She's the first and only waxologist I've ever seen, (referred from a friend.) The wax she uses is top-of-the-line so it doesn't hurt as much. My first experience with Simona was calling her in a panic on a Saturday morning because my eyebrows were a disaster and a very good friend of mine recommended her. What I didn't know at the time is that Simona is always booked solid and for her to bring me in THAT day was above and beyond. From that day I was hooked... and that was four years ago. The thing about the service industry is that its not just about the specific service anymore... and with Simona - you get it all. Sure you go in to get waxed, feel a little more feminine, a lot less fuzzy... but you walk out with a sore stomach from all the laughing, a sore jaw from all the chatting, and a new best friend. Yes - the wax she uses is beautiful and creamy. Her technique is fabulous and nowhere near as intrusive and awkward as it could be (and has been at other places)... and the final result? Perfection! Bikini wax, eyebrows, anywhere there is hair - Simona will take care of it! I keep insisting that the $10 Tuesday special at my nearby nail salon will suffice for eyebrow detail... and every single time I have to let them grow back and then visit Simona to get them fixed.
