The evening featured a four-course Italian meal each dish thoughtfully paired with wines from the vineyard. The courses included a fresh caprese salad paired with Vidal Blanc, arancini di riso paired with Rosé of Barbera, a chicken and shrimp pasta with a San Marzano vodka sauce paired with NV Aviation and finally tiramisu paired with NV Merlot. Every pairing felt intentional and elevated the overall dining experience. The atmosphere was absolutely perfect intimate, relaxed, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed the company of the other guests at our table, and by the end of the evening, it felt like we were all one big family sharing a meal together. I wasn't sure what I wanted for my flight so they asked about the types of wines and flavors I normally enjoy and helped me narrow down my choices. There was a food truck on-site but you can also bring your own food which I really liked. They also have some snacks available for purchase inside the winery. There's plenty of parking around the property, so that was easy as well. Definitely recommend checking this place out. We'll definitely be coming back!

We met the owner and different staff members who periodically checked on us, offering to take additional care of us if we needed. We ordered flight number 1 which was had sweeter wines. Our favorite was the sangria. It was very smooth, almost buttery, and tasted delicious. I inquired if we could order a bottle, but unfortunately, they do not sell bottles of the sangria. It comes as a mix. We did order glasses of it, so that was fine. They do have food on the menu, but we had eaten before we came, so we didn't order anything to eat. They mentioned everything is made fresh, but their menu was a bit pricey although the glasses of wine were reasonably priced. A man came into the room from a back room and asked if he could help us and apoligized for the "Disarry".
