While I've visited before for a wine tasting, this time I attended their "Tuscan Table" summer pairing dinner, and it was an incredible experience. The evening featured a four-course Italian meal each dish thoughtfully paired with wines from the vineyard. The courses included a fresh caprese salad paired with Vidal Blanc, arancini di riso paired with Rosé of Barbera, a chicken and shrimp pasta with a San Marzano vodka sauce paired with NV Aviation and finally tiramisu paired with NV Merlot. Every pairing felt intentional and elevated the overall dining experience. The atmosphere was absolutely perfect intimate, relaxed, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed the company of the other guests at our table, and by the end of the evening, it felt like we were all one big family sharing a meal together. Janemark Winery has a lineup of events throughout the summer, and I will most definitely be back!

I guess I can check this off my list!…read more I didn't know we had all these hidden gems right in our own back yard. Met a friend here to catch up a bit...the way life has been life-ing lately, it was wayyyy over due for me! The sun was shining, great weather, awesome company & wine...all that was missing was some yummy treats! With eating outside you're able to bring your own food...definitely noted if I ever venture back here. They do offer some charcuterie and cheese options... My flight was tasty! A couple wines were a bit too sweet for me. Unfortunately they didn't have anything with bubbles...darn! but it was all good! The frozen red wine slushie was pretty good...I think they should offer this in a larger size lol The grounds were lovely and it wasn't busy at all. We really picked the perfect day to come. At 2p they had some live entertainment...and before we knew it, it was 6pm. Definitely looking forward to my next vineyard adventure. Cheers! Happy Yelping!

The food selection consisted of: charcuterie boards, serval different flat breads, hummus to name a few. I enjoyed the Farm Harvest flat breads The star of the show was definitely the various selection of wines that were offered. The winery itself was beautiful with a rustic vibe. Live music. It was a good outing with friends and a cool breeze blowing.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Two Lions Vineyards…read more My group visited expecting a relaxing afternoon at a winery. Instead, we were repeatedly approached about reserving a table in the glass house with a $600 minimum spend. We declined because we simply wanted to enjoy wine like we have at many other wineries. One of the most surprising things was their policy requiring reservations for groups of eight or more. In my opinion, that's unusual for a winery. I've visited many wineries throughout Maryland and Virginia, and I've never encountered a policy like this. As soon as our group reached eight people, it felt like staff were watching us constantly. We couldn't even socialize with other guests without being approached by staff, who questioned whether we knew them and repeatedly reminded us that our group had reached the limit of eight people. We felt singled out and closely monitored throughout our visit. The constant attention made what should have been a relaxing afternoon feel stressful and uncomfortable, so our group made the decision to leave. To make matters worse, after we left I received an email from the owner accusing me of disrupting operations, harming their business, violating their policies, and demanding that I remove references to the winery from my event listing. I strongly disagree with those accusations and found the tone of the email to be unnecessarily hostile, especially since our group chose to leave rather than continue our visit. In my opinion, this establishment feels much more like a lounge or private event venue than a traditional winery. If you're looking for the welcoming, laid-back experience that most wineries provide, I would recommend visiting one of the many other wineries in the area instead.

As soon as you pull into the driveway, you see a complete and utter mess! There was trash everywhere, chairs and tables rusted and broken, wooden front door is filthy and rotted and wait there's more! I did open the door and go inside (my adult daughter wanted to leave). Upon entering, you see another complete and utter mess with a crazy chime/alarm that sounded like a terrified bird! A man came into the room from a back room and asked if he could help us and apoligized for the "Disarry". I asked if the winery was open and if they were serving tastings (I think I was in denial that this place was so bad. My daughter just wanted to leave). He said that they were open and serving. I then thought quickly..."How old and bad is the wine he would serve and I would be paying to taste?". I quickly said, "Well, no worries, we will come back when you are a little more organized". To that, he quickly turned around and left without one word!!! RUDE!!! Never in my 15 years of visiting wineries have I stumbled across something like this. Fridays Creek Winery deserves 0 stars.

It's on the board walk. You pay for a band and the cost for all the tasting of the wines was just $25.00 which is actually not a bad price. They had numerous wine vendors i want to say about 12 or more. They also had tables with tents set up everywhere pretty impressive because we always bring our chairs because we don't know what the seating situation would be. It's not like your typical wine festival where they have more wine vendors but then they have longer lines. The lines here was not bad at all. They had bands performing which I must say was great! They only had about 3 food vendors which I wish they had offered a little more but the one we selected food from was tasty. I had the jerk catfish with 1 side order of plantains. Which was $11.00 not to bad of a price. It was very tasty with a kick! My fiancée had the pulled pork sandwich with a side order of cabbage. The pulled pork was delicious but he said the cabbage was watered down with no flavor. I kind of figured that it would be. Everyone there was very friendly and from what I understand they have a free movie on the beach on Saturday night. Way to go if your a local. I would definitely recommend this location for the wine tasting and we purchased about 4 bottles of wine to go. This is how we do it...
