I've read all other reviews for this company, but for me they did a great job. I reached out by…read moretext for a bid at my home in Poolville. He replied the next business day and then we set a time to come look. When he showed up and investigated a full under master bath and laundry room re-plumbing and venting project, he was very cordial and confident. We talked about price and agreed. He did negotiate with me and gave me some discount. He knocked out the project the next day in about 6 hours of hard work, plus a long trip to the plumbing supply house. Long day for him but a decent pay day and he did a wonderful job. He's former military and super busy. So you can expect a respectful and capable man who seems to keep his word. So far, I think Ryan is a contractor I will use in the future on a variety of projects. Thank you Ryan!

This might be the first time I've ever written a review, but this experience warrants it. I'm…read moreusually patient and trust that people will follow through, but this time, I was proven wrong. Working with ARD Home Services and EliteHome Services (who, conveniently, keep rebranding) was one of the worst experiences I've had. Despite numerous attempts to get them to complete the door painting and installation, they constantly ignored me and came up with excuse after excuse. When they finally showed up--after holding onto my $6,800 for over a month--the work they delivered was abysmal. The quality was atrocious, and they didn't even bother to remove the stickers before painting. I've attached photos for reference. Save yourself the frustration and money--avoid them at all costs. It's been over a week since my last attempt to reach out, and I've heard nothing. The work was terrible, they were unprofessional, and based on other reviews I've read, this seems to be a recurring issue.

I had 3 trees to remove, we discussed pricing beforehand. $400 per tree…read more Problems started immediately as soon as he realized I'm remotely managing this, with a tenant in place. Dylan visited the property and decided one of the trees was too big and wanted to charge higher amount ($650). I agreed. He then set out to do absolutely whatever HE felt was convenient. He cut one tree down. "Trimmed" another tree. At this point he called me and said he's done with 2 trees, can I send in the money for finishing up two trees. This was a blatant lie. I did not ask for proof, because I didn't think disgusting liars like Dylan existed anymore. I sent him the money. He sent me photos of what he did afterwards, which showed two of three trees still standing. On asking why there are 2 trees still up, he mentioned he spoke to the tenant and decided to keep the tree up. This didn't make any sense. Nobody changes the agreement without discussing it, lies about it to the person paying and gets paid as though they did the full work. That's when he ended up "finishing" the other tree with minimal work done (of trimming) because he had enough with this. Mind you his communication with me was to say nothing about all of this until he got paid, then he said his life was in danger to cut trees. Like who the heck forced him to work on things he didn't want to? He then said he'll "make it right" by showing up on Monday to fix it. Would you guess what happened next? He didn't show up and decided to run away with the money. Dishonest cheats like this shouldn't exist. I'm now looking at legal options to deal with the mess. Please find someone more honest to work with.
