I just came past as this place was closing and I couldn't believe my eyes they had so many unbelievable amounts of truffle oils and treats cheeses pasta Fois gras They offer exotic cheeses cooking oils but unfortunately there is no way to have anything shipped they do not have a website I was talking to the manager and he barely spoke English but this place is absolutely fabulous especially if you like to cook with French food I did not eat here but when I was looking at the quality of items on the shelf I was completely floored Maybe next time I'm in Paris I will eat here but I cannot take these items through customs As you know some are illegal

The service is to be expected. Very French; however, when asked to help translate the server did, and when we asked for a wine recommendation he also helped us. The oeuff is excellent as a starter and I had the mini raviolis per his suggestion. It was all excellent. Obviously this is a niche restaurant and not something you would have everyday. Stop by, you'll enjoy the food.

As you'd guess from the name, this place specializes in truffles. The restaurant is pretty small but nicely decorated, and also doubles as a small little truffle-product store. Some of our food was quite delicious - the beef carpaccio was fresh, and the truffle tiramisu combination actually tasted pretty good. Unfortunately, my risotto was definitely undercooked. It was also pretty evident that the manager did not like us too much. Yes, we were tourists but we spoke passable French; however, the service we received was definitely subpar compared to the other diners. Although not rude, the manager never smiled once while serving us, while happily chatting away with other customers. We were also never told about the specials of the day. No English menus, so be prepared for that if you don't speak any French.

Scallops with purple potato purée and truffles. Drooling just remembering it. It's so delicious. Wish there were more scallops in it though.

Oliver and his wife did an amazing job from the set up, the picnic, the proposal and the photographs. I had no idea that my boyfriend was planning to propose, and he lead me to a park near the Eiffel tower for a "surprise" dinner and there was a beautiful picnic setting with the Eiffel tower as the backdrop. Oliver was there with his camera in hand laying on the grass to secretly take the photos as my boyfriend proposed ! The layout of the picnic was amazing. It had a traditional picnic basket with all these delicious goodies such as ratatouille, pate with bread, chicken, market salad, strawberries, whipped cream, grapes. They also provided a champagne bottle and glasses for us to drink and celebrate our engagement, as well as beautiful bouquet of white roses, balloons, and more! Throughout this, Oliver was taking photos of us celebrating. The food was amazing. We had such a fun time celebrating and eating the delicious spread that was prepared for us ! After we were finished eating, Oliver came back to take more photos at sunset. Although it was a little cloudy, he still did a great job shooting us. He was so encouraging since we were nervous and all jittery from just recently getting engaged and made us feel at ease. Unfortunately we had to cut our time short since we had reservations to go up to the Eiffel tower. Within 2 days, Oliver had sent us copies of the photos to review. The package that my boyfriend got came with 15 photos, and about 15 euros per extra photos. We had about 75 photos to choose from, and we probably would have had more if we had more time (which was on our bad). However Oliver was so sweet to throw in extra photos for us for free. Oliver & his wife were so personable and we felt so at ease with them! Love picnic parks was a great and definitely memorable way for my BF to propose, and I'm so happy he did it with this company!

The food and the location were amazing (one person was gluten free and that was nicely handled). When we arrived the picnic was laid out (blanket, umbrella, food) and ready to go. We highly recommend 'Love Picnic Paris'. We had a great time!

Stayed at an Airbnb across the street, came home one night and saw a Mexican restaurant in France!…read moreWe had to try it. Myself, my pregnant wife, son and mother were tired from a long day. Ate our meal which was ok, but there were some unsavory looking shady people around. While sitting there our backpack was stolen from under the table which had our passports. This nearly ruined our trip. Be very careful of this area. I asked the business for help and perhaps due to the language barrier they didn't seem to care. Or my other theory is they are in on it but I can't be 100% sure, but the culprits we believe stole it were just sitting there all night and hanging out with the 4 people running the place. I just have to remember that you reap what you sew and those responsible will pay in the end. Please be very very careful in this area. Don't let your bags out of your sight. We sat on the tables that were where our backs were to the outside as the door stays open while they are open. I used my backpack tracking device and it's last ping was while it was with us at the restaurant then it was gone. They must have searched the bag first, found it and broke it. They are very good at what they do.
