We were very disappointed by the service. Buying chocolate should be a pleasant experience. We will never go back.

There are pre-packaged assortments and gift packs around the store but the fun part was standing at the glass display that houses each kind of chocolate available. The woman working the counter was great. She offered samples and suggestions. I chose to pick out candies for my 1/2lb box. Lots to choose from and also a bit straegic - trying to fit as much as you can in the box with the different sized candies. It was like a chocolate game of Tetris. But with chocolate there are no losers (except the ones with coconut, which I refer to a Satans Stool Sample) It was fun to pick out my assortment and everthing was delicious. The worker was helpful and friendly. I would consider coming back. My only complaint was I thought it was bit over priced. On a side note, when I was young I recall a place called Fanny Farmers that sold candy. Does anyone know if these busineses are connected in any way, or just a coincidence? Recommended

If i could give this store a -10 I would. I absolutely DO NOT recommend. Horrible product quality,…read moreand complete lack of customer service. I bought one dark chocolate/sea salt/caramel truffle. I left the store with it intending to enjoy my treat. When I tried to bite into it, it was ROCK SOLID. I could not even bite off a piece of it. So I head back to the store & ask the cashier, "Is this supposed to be hard?". He says, "Well it's a truffle. And it came out of the fridge." I say, "It's not cold, it's just hard. I could have broken a tooth on this!". He says, "Oh well." I say, "OH WELL???". He says, "That's what I said." I say, "Well that's not a very good response from a customer service perspective." He says, "I couldn't care less." I say, "Well that's very clear." He ran a credit to my card to refund me. As I'm walking out the teenager that was helping bag things for customers is slamming my former truffle repeatedly against the counter and it's still one solid piece.

Not a huge fan of this place. Went a ton a few years back and the service was kind and friendly and…read morethere were many types of great candy to choose from, but that's all changed now. I've visited a couple times over the last few weeks and kept hoping there was just some holiday-season burnout fibs here and there but unfortunately this place has just lost it. Guy at the front just stared customers down, didn't talk until someone came up to check out, just plain uninviting. The bulk candy itself seems to be stored improperly, so many containers left open or the lids not on them, so they were all stale and/or flavorless. There's way better places to grab sweet treats in this mall.

Please save some space after your dinner for this -- don't be like me... eating until I'm full and then STILL trying to get a double scoop. I couldn't do it... oh but I did do it. And it was WORTH IT! All that sugar got to my head and I didn't even think to take a pic of my ice cream... Get yourself a waffle cone though, so good! The folks here are patient and sweet. You're gonna want to try a few things before committing. They're all good!! There may be a line depending on when you go but it goes by pretty quickly. If you start to get impatient, just remember that when you get to the front, you don't want anyone rushing you while you try all those delicious favors.

They have over a dozen flavors of ice cream. Some are listed on the display while others are on signs on the wall above the ice cream. I got the "Halley's Comet" single scoop in a waffle cone. It was vanilla & chocolate ice cream w/ caramel ribbons & Carmel truffles. It was good & reasonably priced. They have 3 tables inside so it's smaller, there's some benches outside too. I would for sure stop here again if I'm in the area! Such a nice treat.

I came here for the first time as I live right down the road and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had an incredibly frustrating experience and unfortunately there wasn't any type of resolution that was given to us - not even an apology. The kid at the register simply told me he was new. I understand things happen but at least have a team meeting or something and get your crap figured out. Extremely disappointed. Not a fun experience. Not a place I'd go back to unless they are able to make things right. I have a daughter in TEARS because of my experience and I have been up all night thinking about what to do. Hence why this review is coming at 5am. Stay away from this place and go somewhere else.
